Owner of company came out to do walk through/provide estimate and to make sure…read moreour items would fit on their largest truck - said he had been doing this for 15 years so he was 99% sure our items would fit. Turns out not everything did fit - about 20 boxes had to be left along with several loose items (step stool, vacuum, etc.). I am having to make a return trip to Florida with a rental truck to go get the remainder of our items. I called the company and asked for the owner to call me regarding this situation, and I never received a phone call. It is costing me money out of my pocket: a hotel room, gas, and my time to go get the stuff that they assured me would fit in the truck. It was a definite gross miscalculation on the owner's part. In addition, we sold two large dressers and an ornate saddle that we said we're going on the truck so we should have freed up quite a bit of room and it still didn't fit. (We did not add anything to the move once the estimate had been done.) The next issue was with the deposit - after the owner came and gave us the estimate, he asked me to stop by the office with a credit card to pay for 50% of the move. I went to the office and my credit card was declined twice - no idea why. At this point, I wrote them a check. When I returned home, I called the credit card company who assured me that the charges did indeed go through, and I was given authorization numbers for the charges. They said the charges absolutely did not go through, but as soon as I got my credit card statement, I looked and sure enough, we had been overcharged twice as the two charges did go through. The way this was handled seemed very much like a scam. Company did refund us for the amount of $3000 - the money came out even in the end. The good things I have to say are that everyone in the office is extremely nice and things were addressed in a timely professional manner. The people that actually physically moved us were wonderful and were compensated generously for the hard work that they did - they sent a good moving crew.

They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were great at accommodating us when our closing was delayed due to Hurricane Ian. There was some very minor damage, but they took care of the cost immediately and with no questions asked. I certainly don't plan to move again for several years, but we would highly recommend them. By the way, their price was similar to other professional movers.

We did a long distance move from Florida to Michigan. Many people recommended this company so we…read moregave them our move. What a horrible mistake that turned out to be. Soooo many items were damaged. They used no pads, no wrap. They said it doesn't help and we are pros trust us.. they made a sacrificial hand out to cover the damages we knew of. However we are finding so much more damage as we go through arranging our home in the weeks since we've moved. Our bed, our rocker, t.v's. It's unbelievable the amount of items they damaged. Now we are talking with our lawyer to possibly bring a lawsuit against this place.
