These guys went from ok to horrible in less than 6 months. Less than 2 months ago my wife stopped in to place an order. After standing in the lobby for 7 minutes without anyone at the grill to even say hello, it will be a minute, etc., she walked out. Today they finally called our order number after 20 minutes. I walked up to grab it and it was not our order. I showed the girl our receipt and she grabbed it and placed it in the order que for the cook. Five groups after us were served before us. They have seen the last of our business. I've left a few bad reviews around, but this has also given me more time to research the company, read other horrible reviews, and I find no military or veteran association, so I'm going to assume it is an abusive hook and misuse of the trust us veterans put in companies.

We hired this company to pack, move and unpack our house. They told us the crew would have plenty…read moreof packing materials incase we ended up needing more. The reality is the crew that showed up didn't have enough packing materials and said they didn't even know they were supposed to pack us and then unpack us. So we had to leave roughly a 12 ft box truck worth of items in our old house and pay someone else to move them. But here's the real issue, the crew demanded full payment before unloading and unpacking at our new address. We reluctantly paid, then of course they failed to unpack 70% of what they had packed. After calling the supervisor, he was a complete jerk and blamed everything on his employees. They then told us he's the problem. And they then literally dumped all of our stuff out of the boxes and on the counter and floors. Now here's another alarming fact, the lead guy who packed us initially said he would off the clock move the rest of our stuff from the previous address for $1,200.00. Then the lead driver who unpacked us told us the same thing. That sounds very sketchy. After talking to the supervisor again, he dismissed all of our concerns, and said if we took legal action he was sure his company could outspend us with attorneys.
