This franchise located in Gainesville Florida moved me from Gainesville to Jacksonville and did what I thought was a good job initially. They put my things in a storage building and I'm just now getting them out seeing all of the damage that they did to my belongings. I paid extra for them to wrap pictures correctly and they were put in a box against each other scratching most of them. They also broke and scratched many pieces of my furniture. When speaking to the "manager" of the store he proceeded to tell me that I did the damages when moving from the storage building to my home. He had no regard for my belongings and made every excuse of why his workers did not do the damage. Run far away from this company they don't care about the customer.

It was just incredibly stressful and I could not wait for them to be gone. I'm older. I used to be able to do things on my own and I can't anymore. Letting people into your home and handling your personal things is stressful in itself. I felt the leader was disrespectful and made fun of me being older. I'm not sure why that's ok in today's society but it seems so. He made constant noises and when he called for me to ask a question it was in a high pitched weird voice, sort of imitating a cat. I did at one point tell him I was not sure if I should be offended by his high pitched woman voice imitation- trying to give him notice to stop. He did not. It did seem as his two helpers were made a little uncomfortable by it also. They moved my stuff, thought it was made more stressful than it needed to be, and I probably won't use them again. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite - too bad he didn't do the move.

We hired this company to pack, move and unpack our house. They told us the crew would have plenty…read moreof packing materials incase we ended up needing more. The reality is the crew that showed up didn't have enough packing materials and said they didn't even know they were supposed to pack us and then unpack us. So we had to leave roughly a 12 ft box truck worth of items in our old house and pay someone else to move them. But here's the real issue, the crew demanded full payment before unloading and unpacking at our new address. We reluctantly paid, then of course they failed to unpack 70% of what they had packed. After calling the supervisor, he was a complete jerk and blamed everything on his employees. They then told us he's the problem. And they then literally dumped all of our stuff out of the boxes and on the counter and floors. Now here's another alarming fact, the lead guy who packed us initially said he would off the clock move the rest of our stuff from the previous address for $1,200.00. Then the lead driver who unpacked us told us the same thing. That sounds very sketchy. After talking to the supervisor again, he dismissed all of our concerns, and said if we took legal action he was sure his company could outspend us with attorneys. Literally do not trust these shysters!!!

We were estimated a normal amount and 5 hours but after they were done we were charged over 800 more then that and it took well over 10 hours, how could someone get that so wrong? The one guy wasn't the nicest (literally threw our stuff and was super upset the whole time) and they definitely took their time. Don't get this job if you're just going to complain the whole time. But I also understand because they were scheduled horribly. A good amount of things were broken as well. If you're moving a lot of stuff that you cherish PLEASE don't pick this company for your own sanity and definitely don't trust their estimates. Also just realized our vacuum disappeared after they left so that's fun please don't pick these people, they lie, steal, and ruin your day
