While they were trenching they broke our water main and did not tell us. So that cost about $200 for a plumber to fix which Coker would not pay for. Luckily we found saw the water leaking or it could have been a much bigger disaster. Then they put the electrical pole in the wrong place and the technician said it was because the clay was hard and he had been digging all day. When I talked to the boss he said he had told the technician how to do it but there was a tree root in the way (there wasn't). Then the next day the boss changed his story to the fact that the wires would have been short anyway that they needed to connect to. What's worse is they charged us $775 extra to fix their error. I will never use them again.

The estimated time for completion from when we signed the contract was six months. The job was completed in four. The actual construction took two weeks. The crew couldn't have been better. Polite, professional, accommodating, and such hard workers! They arrived when expected and worked with minimal disruption. The day they left the work areas were so clean one would never know a significant construction project had occurred. The result is a sturdy, well-built dock that is the envy of everyone who sees it. We are now part of "everyone" who will recommend Shore Builders without hesitation.

Although the remodel was two years ago, Larry and his subcontractors (Jonesville Electric and Nic Cason Flooring) came out immediately and helped us work some issues. I absolutely recommend these folks!

This will hopefully help me keep the unit from crashing as much ;) FYI Austin says, homeowners should have their AC/Heating units maintenance at least 2x per year. Spring and Fall. If you do not have an indoor drainage system, ask your AC tech or call Kings (I highly recommend them based on the quality of service I received today) ;)

His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation
