Very inconsiderate with communication and close and lock their doors at random times throughout the week. They will hang a "be back soon" window sign and be gone well after the indicated time. I'm pretty sure the guy that manages that place sleeps in the back until people come pounding on the door or call five times back to back to wake him up. Don't even try reaching them on the phone. You will get their corporate customer service nearly every time. Unreasonably over priced units considering they are not air-conditioned and there is no maintenance from what I can speculate to keeping rodents or pests out of your unit. They force an insurance policy on you to pay every month which is very minimal coverage, and if you get a first month free offer, they charge you for initial fees which basically offset the cost anyways. My particular unit was constantly being invaded by mud-dobbers. And I had constant anxiety about them infesting my toolbox which is valued more than most vehicles. read more

We moved our stuff in and within the first 3 months we received a call saying we needed to move our stuff into another unit because their floors were caving in. We were told that we could move into one bigger unit (we had 2 units) and that they would waive that months rent for the inconvenience. When we went to move they told us they no longer had a bigger unit, so we could only move one unit. We had to rent a trailer for 2 days to move all of our stuff. When the time came to make a payment they told us they would not waive the payment for the second unit since we were not able to move it into a bigger one. They also moved our due date up to the date we moved our stuff (which means they only gave us 3 weeks free). Best part is a month later our bill went up $36 a month! They said ever 6 months they raise their prices!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

If I could do 0 stars I would! Well ok maybe the people at the desk are kind, BUT I am currently clearing out my stuff after having it here for almost year. I am just so sickened by what I have left! Anything that can be eaten was and everything else has poop and urine ALLL over it! I had so many sentimental items here until I found a home to put them in and so now the company says i can put in an insurance claim. But the value of most of my stuff is in my heart, not money. How do you put a price tag on a kitchen hutch that was refurbished with me and my late husband? The memories are now filled with rat/mice and roaches (of all kinds including German roaches). Or a few flannels that belonged to my Grandpa, that every time I would go out as a young adult he would put on me to be sureni stayed warm, and now there are holes in most of them and covered in feces and pee. What about pictures that were destroyed because of the same. I paid $242.00 a month to feed their bugs and rodents and give them a restroom! Also my 2 young children's beds are completely destroyed as well as some of their clothes. I have not even finished loading everything out of here yet and my heart is just aching....
