At the end of the move I had 12-15 scratches on my table, I said to the guy you're know going to blanket that just shrink wrap? He said no worries that was the end result scratches on my oak table. 2nd I opened up my computer on Sunday and my screen was cracked, computer done! Now I'll partially take blame for that, I should have taken my computer. 3rd a few days ago my lamp is broke, this is not an expensive lamp but my fiancé who passed away brought that for me a few days before she passed. Had a lot of sentimental value. I sent Andrew a pic of my computer, and a voicemail about the lamp still nothing. He took $50 off of the $1,385 bill which were the taxes. Thats my experience with Big Man Movers... You make the call if you decide to look for movers... All the Best, and Die Your due Diligence when it comes to movers. (I do know that furniture was wrapped extremely well) At delivery, we only had 2 guys. Brandon & Dakota. TBH, probably should have been 3. These young men worked their asses off in 104° heat, having to cart everything down the long driveway since they couldn't get the truck in due a couple of issues. I felt so bad for them & was really worried about them... gave them water & even had Travis & Em p/u Gatorade for them. All of this to say, I highly recommend using D.C. Moore & Son. The employees, yes... employees not random day laborers, are fantastic... the cost is competitive. It did cost more than the estimate, but it was worth it & still less than other phone estimates from other companies with worse reviews.

I found them on Thumbtack and spoke/booked with Driss. When the movers came, they were very friendly, professional and careful during the whole experience. Most times, my furkids only like my boyfriend and my 2 best girlfriends, however they adored meeting both of the guys. What can I say? They have discerning taste! Lionel and Michael willingly worked their butts off getting me moved from my rental to my new house, and even wrestled with a king bed frame that was being difficult to take down. Although it began to downpour, the guys made sure that my items did not get wet, and got the other stuff staged in preparation for a break in weather. I have an extremely heavy and cumbersome china hutch that has glass shelves and it was no problem for them to transport without breakage, although the look on their faces when I told them I was looking to move that to a second level, was priceless! What was even better was the look of abject relief when they realized I was joking. The only thing that Lionel wasn't able to connect was the dryer and that's because the plug in the house is about 35 years old (original) and my dryer electrical connection is more recent. He told me exactly what to get, to get it replaced, and I have a service person coming out soon to take care of that for me. The rapport between both of them was also great; Lionel had no problem with Michael giving a suggestion on how to get my overly large, solid oak desk out of my office and while that will require another trip out, I have no issue with the result, at all. The owner of the business is also great. He came to my rental to provide an estimate for service and he was spot on with his time frame. I would suggest that anyone looking to move, do so with this company. I would also like to suggest to potential customers that they have everything marked clearly so that the set up at your new home (whether it be apartment or house) or place of business, goes as well as mine did. If you're on a second, third, fourth, etc etc. floor, let them know ahead of time so they can get their truck and moving equipment to the closest access point available. Luckily my home is a single story with doors that open wide, so again, there were no issues with moving in. Additionally, take advantage of their professional cleaning services too! Once I have the minutiae at the rental taken care of, I will have the Pink Moving and Storage clean up crew in to give it that thorough cleaning needed. I might even see if they can offer cleaning services on an ongoing basis as well

They didn't waste any time jumping right in and getting everything loaded. They wrapped all our furniture with padding, blankets, and shrink wrap so it was protected in the move and they were always cautious about making sure they didn't scrape any walls or door jams. I priced about 6 moving companies when I was planning my move and I felt like Legend Movers had the most reasonable rates. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything. He was very accommodating and reassured me it wasn't a problem. I was recommending him to my friends based on the level of customer service he provided at that time and the actual move exceeded my expectations. I'll most certainly be calling Sky the next time I move and I plan to recommend him to everyone I know!

I asked around my neighborhood, and Skye and his team were highly recommended by many people. I'm so happy I hired them! They did a great job with everything I needed. They showed up on time, were professional, courteous and went right to work. I was a bit stressed because of different items going different places, and they remembered better than I did where everything was going. They wrapped all the items appropriately, and were very careful with everything. I will definitely use them next time I need anything moved.
