THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They dropped our piano off the back of the truck and couldn't lift it back up by themselves. This company - MANAGER CHARLES - dropped my wife's 100 year old heirloom piano off of the back of their truck. When we called to schedule the house move - CHARLES promised that they move pianos all the time. We have a regular piano mover that we typically use - but we were assured there would be no need to hire two sets of movers since we were moving the rest of our furniture too. My wife reiterated on the initial phone call, "this piano is like my 4th child. If you're not confident then please let me know, I'm happy to have our normal guy out." The reply - by CHARLES - was that they do it all the time. They DROPPED OUR PIANO OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK! I have video of CHARLES talking over my wife, who was in tears, that we were notified in writing ahead of time that this could happen, and while he couldn't confirm which piano we had - because he WOULDN'T come to the site - and because it is a century old hand crafted piece - he would pay 60 cents per pound for it to be repaired - up to 450lbs. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked him to come to the site to verify the damage - get a quote from my trusted piano repair man - and then I would pay the difference towards the move. More than fair in my opinion as a business owner myself. He replied, "I'm not coming out there. If you don't pay... I'll file suit." NEVER EVER EVER use this company. CHARLES can't be trusted. read more

AAA Insta-Move - Sanford Fl Branch - Manager CHARLES - Movers Near Me - Sanford, Florida

Another great move. I moved from DeLand back to Sanford. They did it under 4 hours. They are quick and did the job right. I wish I remembered the name of the guys, they were awesome! read more

Used four COWS (containers on wheels), they stored them for 2-4 weeks before moving in to our new house since closing of new house was delayed while old house closing was not. I utilized their labor to pack up all heavy furniture and the old house and unload 3 of the four containers upon arrival at the new house. Considering the jumping through hoops and having to store the containers, the costs were contained and the reliability, service, and cost were very good. Would recommend AAA Insta-Move for moving and storage needs. read more

I had a 3 man crew for a local move. Mark, James, and Christian work great together. Highly recommend these guys. Moving again in 7 months. I will be calling back and I will request these 3 again. read more

Wow! So impressed and pleased with the service. Arthur and Paul did a crazy great job! What took me a month to pack; they had loaded and moved me from Lake Mary to Debary in three hours! I highly recommend AAA Insta-Move! They were professional, experienced, friendly and accommodating. read more

This company was great ! They arrived on time, worked quickly, were nice and professional! Ryan & Joe were awesome! I booked this company with less than a week's notice because another moving company screwed me over. I had no problems booking them and they delivered everything they promised. I highly recommend them! read more

I could not be with my elderly Mom yesterday while she was being moved into a retirement facility. AAA Insta Move was GREAT!! They started immediately, worked efficiently and quickly to get things done. She said they were absolutely wonderful and helpful. There was no impression of them trying to "milk" the time, or sell her supplies she didn't need. Thank you so much for being there when I couldn't!! We will highly recommend you. The "other guys" wanted to charge us from the minute they left THEIR facility which was 30 miles away. Not only charge us "time" but mileage as welll!!! Again, thank you so much AAA Insta Move!!! read more

Hired 3 guys on 1/27 to help me unload a truck from out of town. These movers were fast, friendly, and professional. They were generous with regard to the start time and even offered to help me set up beds when they were done unloading well before the 2 hour minimum was over. There were some crazy angles in my house and they carefully navigated everything with no damage. I was beyond impressed with the care that they took to not damage our personal items or the property itself. Would highly recommend and will definitely use AAA Instamove for in-town moves in the future. read more

I wish I could give 1000 stars. I inquired with four different moving companies to move some furniture for us. They were the first ones to call me back and immediately sent a quote to my email when we got off the phone. I was able to book their services via email with ease. They gave me an arrival time between 8-9am so having dealt with other companies in the past I assumed I'd be sitting around till 9. Nope. They called me exactly at 8am and told me they'd be there in 10 minutes and then there they were right on time! Ryan and Jose were so funny and nice and really paid attention to make sure everything was moved safely out and properly secured within the truck. They even moved some heavy non-furniture items I sprung on them without question or complaint. I can't rave enough about their services and am so happy to have used them! Would recommend to everyone!!! read more

Quick review on the QUOTE portion of the process only. I gave these guys a call to get a quote for a Sanford to Deland small quantity move (bed frame, Tempurpedic mattress). My call was answered by a VERY pleasant guy. asked if he could call me back in less than five mins and apologized for the wait. I received a call back within five mins. Awesome. It's the little things like this which make a difference in customer service. Unfortunately for me these guys have a minimum time/cost for the move, but I kinda expected that. I'm still giving these guys a high rating for the front side, pre-move portion: -courteous -timely call back -pleasant -answered all my questions -website (nice that they have one) Now it's back to trying to find a small local mover... Good job on the front end, guys! read more

November 2018- unprepared. rushed. Poorly planned. Movers were pleasant. The movers broke the sofa and left two Full-size dressers downstairs so they wouldn't be late for their next appointment. Movers said the manager under-estimated the job. AAA-Insta-Move removed our review from their website. read more

Awesome! I hired AAA Insta-Move, best decision ever. Great price. Moved a 2 bed 2 bath house in 3.50 hours! Ask for Ryan and Joe. So helpful, great attitude and hard working. read more

Charles and Joe with AAA Insta-Move have been nothing short of amazing for us during our move. They are incredibly responsive, and great communicators (I called often!). They took care of our needs in a timely manner and Joe called each time when he was on his way with our 3 COWS (Container on wheels, same concept as a POD). We had one COW for about 8 months & two others for a month's time. Being in Fl, we were concerned about the what ifs; what if there were bugs, what if furniture got warped from weather conditions & what if items moved in transport and got damaged. I assure you, that with the exception of one carpenter ant none of those things happened. We were incredibly happy with the service and product. The guys were a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time of moving. They were more than accommodating, even delivering us a COW at 8:30 PM on Memorial Day. We would highly recommend this company to any friend or family member. read more

Movers were on time as promised. When Mike and Chris arrived they did a walk through and understood exactly what needed to be moved. The clock started only after all fees (previously explained and agreed to when appt was made) were re-confirmed. These guys were great....pleasant, professional and careful with furniture and not to damage any walls or doors in apt! Upon arrival to new location, they quickly and efficiently moved truck contents into new apt and exactly where requested and shown. Mike and Chris were wonderful and made the move seamless, stress free and quick. I would use AAA Insta-Move again and request these movers! read more

Worst moving service ever. Took way too long to get my stuff out of storage. They priced me 700 for coming out one day and not doing any work they knew I would be late and asked for afternoon. The store closes at 3 not 6 and I spent a lot of money on hotels and moving truck because I was not going to pay for them to move more. Horrible. read more

Though the 3 guys came on time and set up and dismantled the furniture and beds it seemed like they didn't have any pep in their step. They were sluggish and they did not move everything that needed to be moved. They left my water cooler. It took them 9 1/2 hours to move a 3 bedroom house filled with things and they didn't even move everything upstairs. My brother in-law came over to help the last 2 hours because they were just taking too long. It would have taken them 12+ hours if we had them put the things away. Will not use them again. Nelson, Jay, and Rafael were the ones that moved my stuff and I was not impressed read more

They were clean cut and very friendly. Moved our baby grand quickly without incident. Great value as well! I highly recommend them!

We used AAA InstaMove for our recent move for both storage units and unloading help. With multiple units to deliver, pick-up, and unload, they were consistently prompt and kept in contact with us throughout the whole process so that we always knew what to expect. The movers were professional and kind, and went above and beyond in ensuring that everything made it into our new home as we wanted it. They were also incredible efficient and finished the job in much less time than I was expecting. If we ever have to move again, we will definitely be calling this company and would recommend them to any of our friends and family. read more

******MOVING MADE EASY******NO GIMMICKS, I reached out to 2 other moving companies to get quotes prior to finding AAA Insta-Move. Since these are my words, I will tell it like it is. The other two companies: Two Men and a Truck and All My Sons BOTH had a story-line you could tell they were trying to sell you something rather than provide a service. Starting out with the "Once Upon a Time..." lines, about how their licensed and bonded...blah blah blah... everyone is drug and background checked.. Well, I knew that was a flat out lie because I know of people that work for them and that is the total opposite. Anyhow, those misguided "truths" along with the exorbitant pricing and hiding fees drove me right to AAA Insta Move. I thank the Lord they did me a favour. Ryan and Terrance were DYNAMIC to say the least. Most People don't know what you're going through out of life and what type of move your making but this company gets it! HANDS DOWN! These GENTLEMEN were CURIOUS, PROFESSIONAL, GENTLE, INFORMATIVE, SUPER DOPER FAST and A TEAM!!!.... You could tell this was their line of work and they were there to make your life-matter-situation easier and not drain you penny for penny. I'm grateful so that I had to call the management to express my gratitude and I honestly was chocked up and teary on the phone with appreciation that such Integrity still exists. I work for Intuit QuickBooks and I am working with my company to get them the exposure well deserved. I can not thank you enough! ~Arlease Price read more

We've used AAA on two separate moves. Both experiences were very positive. AAA has friendly and experienced moving professionals who worked hard and moved our furniture quickly without any items broken or lost! I highly recommend using them -- we moved a piano and our movers knew the exact way to make it most efficient and keep all of the pieces together, safely packed. read more

Such a professional company! After placing our request, we were followed up with, the movers got there when they said they were going to. The movers Orlando and Sier HUSTLED the entire time! The company is paid by the hour, yet these guys were doing things in our best interest. They were very careful with our belongings. They knew how to wrap things and stack things. They made the most of my storage unit as well! I was so impressed I had to do a review on Yelp! They also refused to pick up their phones while on my job, even though it was another job opportunity calling that these guys need to get first come first serve....My move was the priority! I was very, very impressed and would highly recommend them! I have never had a move where I could just sit back, relax and let the guys work! This one I could! Best move ever! read more

Joe and Lenny, Fast, Efficient, Friendly, and over all amazing. Couldn't have better movers then these two. If I ever move again, Definitely want them again. Moved everything in less than 3 hours. read more

I called this location after reading all the fantastic reviews online. All I have to say is that the reviews are true and people take the time to write them because this location is fantastic. Booking our move was a breeze. I was quoted by phone, the move was confirmed by email. The company also called the day before to confirm our move. The two men arrived on time. Jose & Jose - we can't thank you enough. Very professional guys. They took care padding and stretch wrapping our items. We loaded and off loaded in no time. I would highly recommend them. Moving itself is stressful. You shouldn't have to stress about your move. Don't hesitate to call this location. I couldn't have been happier. read more

Ryan and Spike were fantastic! I was a bit stressed about having movers handling fragile items, but those two relieved any stress I might have had. Aaa Instamove was an awesome moving company to deal with and we will use them every time we move something in the future. I recommend them, especially Ryan and Spike, to everyone! read more

While the guys were friendly, they broke multiple items (bed, table, cabinet that went in bathroom), gouged my front door and when I called to see how the issues could be resolved, I was given a claim form that requires original receipts for broken items which I no longer have for those items. Very disappointed. read more

I used this company to move from one apartment to another. They finished the move in 2 1/2 hours which included disassembling and reassembling my bed, taking heavy items to the dumpster for and the approximately 20 mile drive between the two apartment complexes. They arrived early, went over the contract, billing, etc. They were very professional and courteous. Joe and Lewis were my movers and I booked everything with Stanley. Stanley was very responsive and helpful during the booking process. They are also one of the few companies that does not charge a travel fee or for the time it takes for them to get to the location you are moving from. They also have a reasonable hourly rate. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again. Moving is stressful enough so it was wonderful using a company that performed so well. Great company! read more

Thank you to Mike and Matt for making my first experience with professional movers a pleasant one. I was scared because of the horror stories I've heard about moving companies. They arrived on time and moved fast, yet still gentle with our pieces. I was impressed how organized Matt keeps his truck. These guys are professional and will take good care of your furniture. read more

We moved from a two story home in Orlando to a small one level in Lakeland. What could have been very stressful was a piece of cake. The two movers were extremely careful, capable, and caring. Not one item was even slightly damaged nor were any walls ever even bumped. Even more impressive was the good natured attitude and pleasant conversation throughout. As a senior couple downsizing, this made the move much more pleasant than expected. Highly recommend and a special shoutout to Justin and Luis. read more

Careless movers, they ran out of blankets to wrap furniture, damaged furniture, lost hardware, overcharged by 10 minutes. Filed claim per their instructions, on their form, included pictures. 90 days later and it is still not resolved. Every time we call the office, we get the run-around. They keep saying, "the check is in the mail." Do not take your chances. Run the other way. read more

This is the worst moving company I hired. The team was disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy, cared more about smoking than moving your things, and I had nothing but complaints the entire time. I told the company I needed them to bring moving boxes, and of course, they don't show up with any. The guys were carelessly loading my equipment and packing my boxes, doing it anyhow. A lot of my equipment was scratched. I called the company and two managers were playing me between them, not really caring. One of them just asked, "What do you need me to do for you now?" read more

excellent service! true professionals from first phone call to last follow up email. highly recommend!

I've already written a review on this company but they somehow got it squashed. I hated them. They were extremely slow, always on the cell phone, taking breaks, etc.. Then to make matters even worse they demanded to be paid before the work was done. That's right!!! The unloaded half the truck at my new location and told me to pay them. I should have called the police right then and there. Who demands money for a job before it is done. What??? they thought I was going to run away without paying. For cryin out loud it was my home. I will never use them again and will never recommend them ever... read more

This is the worst company to do business with. The kid was on the phone more than he was carrying cartons. Then they demanded payment in full even before the job was done. read more

Poor communication skills on the employee who answered the phones part. Absolutely the rudest human being I have ever come into contact with. Definitely caused me to make phone calls to tell friends to never even consider this business to be used by them or anyone they know. Sad because it came so highly recommended, but after that first, and last for that matter, phone call my views wont ever be the same as anyone who has rated them highly and/or claims they are great to work with. read more

The first thing they did was quote me a price and then tried to charge me more. After getting that issue straightened out they proceeded with the move. The men did not always exercise good judgment during the process and caused damage to 2 refrigerators needlessly. They tried to force them through an opening that was too small. They were to lazy to go to the back door where the opening was wide enough. They concealed damage done to the grandfather clock, and trunk. They did not wrap the bedding and put there sweaty dirty faces, heads and bodies against the bedding. Gross, nasty and hardly professional. To make matters worse they drug my clean white bedding across the dirty ground. Hard to believe isn't it. I have given them every opportunity to step up and correct the situation. I am tired of communicating with them. They don't even apologize for what they put you through. They have offered a settlement for less than half of the repairs and claim they are protected by there contract and insurance requirements. I made no insurance claims as it wasn't accidental it was negligent care of my property. You may want to consider alternate companies for your moving needs. read more

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from AAA Insta-Move. They were the first ones to provide me with a quote. I couldn't decide if they were really that good or if maybe they had such a lack of business that they had an abundance of time on their hands, so I waited until all of the quotes came in. Theirs was the lowest quote which also made me suspect that I would get the old bait and switch routine. In an attempt to avoid this, I provided a list of every item to be moved. They adjusted their quote slightly but were still the lowest of all the companies. I was overwhelmed with who to go with since I received so many quotes, so I decided to go with the company that was most local. I am so grateful that I did. Nelson and Jose arrived right on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and didn't try to sell me any extra packing that I didn't need. They never took a break, loaded a huge amount of large pieces of furniture and even some extra pieces that weren't on the list. They did not damage any of my property. They were friendly and worked from 9 in the morning until 9:30 at night (including the drive) without getting grumpy for even a minute. They worked for a total of 8 hours loading and unloading without ever slowing down. I never thought it could all be done in one day. They took apart and put back together my beds, china cabinets, dressers with mirrors, etc. in an expert fashion. They weren't enormous brutes, but they had the right equipment and they knew how to use it. They didn't grumble when it started to rain, they allowed me to go into their truck and wipe my furniture dry always saying, "excuse me" when I got in THEIR way! They had to move furniture from my house into my rental house to make room for furniture to go from the move out house into my house which I never warned them about and they did it cheerfully. I never thought they were going to be able to fit that quantity of furniture into their medium sized truck, but they had room to spare. They are packing geniuses! Despite the extra furniture and the shuffling of extra furniture from one house to another at the drop off location, they still came in right at their estimated quote. I am simply amazed and wouldn't consider EVER using another company for my moving needs. If you don't go with them, your making a mistake. read more

Dealing with Stan S. at the office to book the move was very pleasant. He was a good listener, and answered all of my questions honestly and efficiently. Their prices are very competitive, and frankly, I booked the move because I liked dealing with Stan. However, the actual movers I was sent the day of the move (Joe & Matt) were a different story. They arrived 30 mins late for a 1st move of the day and I had to rearrange the schedule for friends who were coming to help. After I explained I had a 40-year-old bedroom set which had to be handled nicely, one of the men broke a drawer. That was in the first 5 mins. (It was glued back together and seemed ok but I was not happy about it.) Then I had to convince them that breaking down my platform bed in steps was the way to do it - they said they knew how to do it, and their way was to simply cart it out in one piece which would have broken the base where the drawers fit. After that I watched them and their attitude was not very friendly. At one point, after not seeing either men for almost 10 mins during the unload, I found both men in the truck - one laying down on top of my dresser with his feet on my furniture, talking on the cell phone, and the other chit-chatting on his phone. They both jumped up when I asked what was going on! I did not like having to tell them to go back to work and reminded them I was paying by the hour. I spoke to the owner, Charlie, and explained what happened. I hope that he'll consider training his movers to be better professionals, to understand that the person moving is already under a lot of stress, and know that they need to be sensitive to that, and not create more tension. read more
