There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

I was finally told that they would take a credit card, but only if I took a picture of the FRONT and BACK of my card AND a pic of my drivers license, would they process! An illegal demand and something no person should ever comply to. They drove off with have my stuff so fast I could not even work out a way to resolve. The owner then yelled and threatened me to pay up or he would come get it himself! I finally was able to confirm through the office that if I got them a CASHIERS check by Sat Morning , they would deliver that day. I paid extra and did that, only to be told I had to wait until MONDAY as the owner needed to verify a CASHIERS check! Really? It is a CASHIERS check! It's guaranteed funds. Called this morning to verify if the rest of my property would be delivered and was yelled at again and told me it was no big deal, no one was sick and if I make a big deal about it, they would just keep the property and delivery some other day. Nasty, rude, vengeful, rotten company. DO NOT use them. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. Broken wires and missing parts. Brand new Pottery Barn mirrors. Never hung. Packed facing each other with no protection. Scratched badly. Broken dishes. Boxes packed with kitchen knives poking out the bottom and then dragged over our brand new hardwood floors. Showed up at 9:00 in the morning and finished at around 11:00 at night. If my husband hadn't starting working with them it would have gone well into the morning. One person had to leave during the move so we were offered a $200.00 credit. Big deal. No empathy from the manager. He was actually aggravated that we were upset. They know once you sign the agreement they basically can't be held accountable for anything.
