I have called the phone number posted on the office door multiple times on multiple days - automated system with no option to speak to a person. I have left voice messages - no return call. I downloaded the app - no solutions offered there. I called the phone number in the app - still no answer. I searched their website - no solutions there. If you expect honest business practices and/or customer service, this is not the company where you will find either.

They shaved a few dollars off the increase but could not explain what upper management explained to them about the increase. I then decided to change the size of the unit to the 10' x 15' because it was less expensive and not that much smaller. I was told that I would keep the first months rent free. Their system overcharged me $126. The person there called and had it removed. Surprisingly a few days later the gate locked me out because of the same fee showing up on my account. Once again they called and had it removed. A month later I went to pay online and could not because the system again said that I owed that old fee plus a new fee and that it was now more than 30 days past due. I have been overcharged and unable to pay online ever. John the manager refused to acknowledge the systems mistake and lied about it being a transfer fee. I am now suing them. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The sizes are wrong and so is their fees.

It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.
