I was given a 10'x5' unit instead with additional fees that raised the price to over $90 for the first month. I was sold a lock I didn't need as I had brought my own. I went back on a weekday morning to turn in the lock and rectify the size of the unit. Still no employee on site. I have called the phone number posted on the office door multiple times on multiple days - automated system with no option to speak to a person. I have left voice messages - no return call. I downloaded the app - no solutions offered there. I called the phone number in the app - still no answer. I searched their website - no solutions there. If you expect honest business practices and/or customer service, this is not the company where you will find either.
