Numerous customers have complained about these issues and the owner has failed to ensure the units are sanitary and to address their rodent issue! This is an air conditioned unit, no food in the storage of any kind and the staff just say they'll remove the mice.

After all of that, they assigned me an indoor unit on the 2nd floor. I cancelled immediately. Only the lock was immediately refunded but the storage fee was not for a week and they stole the admin fee. So, for doing nothing other than wasting my time, they had use of my $154 dollar then took $29 not delivering on what they promised. Simply put, this is not a good place to rent and they are not good people to work with. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.

He is a jack of all trades and one-stop shop. He saved me $1,100 by finding someone to remove and replace my heat pump air conditioner after the original guy was unable to do it. They not only got rid of all the mold and left the place spotless but also replace insulation and drywall, and did some painting and he even went and bought the material needed to replace the insulation and drywall. Wonderful experience and saved me a ton of money when you find out your insurance doesn't cover fungus.

Both units the roof leaked, my inside unit had oil leaking from the next unit into mine. Compass said they could not do anything about that. I finally moved out swept the place clean and they tried to charge me for a dirty unit - until I showed them Pictures I took of the unit when I vacated. Went down the street and saved over $220 a month on the same size unit. When I move I also rented one of the uhaul trucks - I put 15 miles on the truck, They charged me for 6 Gallons of gas at $3.50 per gallon. Wasnt happy with them all around... Watch your unit and the rent increases. There are alot of cheaper and well kept places around the area...
