The facility is very well kept and clean. Plenty of room to load/unload items. It is also in a good location and very safe. The best part is their team. Lauren is a wonderful person that gets to know her clients personally, and always will remember you. Judy the same. They are an independent company. They are our neighbors, so to speak. You are always treated like a neighbor and a friend! Outstanding customer service, just great folks that REALLY care! I would advise anyone seeking a storage facility in the area to drop on in. The prices are fantastic, too! Up front and honest, nothing hidden or shady.

When I walked out there, I saw there is a bell button to ring for propane service. I'll remember that for next time. The employee was prompt and helpful. He was also very honest. He said my tank was half full! I had no idea. I just knew it was taking forever for my food on the grill to cook. If you pay by cash you have to go inside the store to pay; If you pay by credit card they have a swiper on their hip that you can pay with. Pretty neat! Parking is weird but plentiful. They have to keep lanes open for their moving trucks and trailers so it's lined up weird. Keep an eye out when you're parking. Inside the store they have a lot of boxes and mattress covers etc, all the things you'd expect of a Uhaul store. I can't speak to the availability of their moving trucks. I will continue to go here for propane. I feel like most places charge a similar amount.

The place will offer you a low teaser rate but soon after it expires they'll jack up your rate and…read morethey make another rate increase soon after (+41%). I left them a bad review on their own site and sure enough they called me. They offered to lower my rate then afterward find it's a temporary decrease. It's not a good value. It's a passive income grab instead of decent customer service. The facility is clean which is plus, but it's an older facility that shouldn't doesn't have all the new build cost which makes pricing more infuriating. This isn't the 90's where you can just talk to the person in the office. It's all blaming "corporate" for what's going on. I totally understand rate increases but it's not a business that provides a good service at a good value. Don't patron this business.

This idiot spoke very rude and loudly to me on the phone today proceeded to talk over me then hung up on me. I was having trouble making my payments. Since I was treated so rudely on the phone by him and never given assistance. I stopped by to make my payment at the office. While approaching the building I was cut off outside the facility by a white Nissan who cut me off to enter the facility parking lot first. I don't do rode rage so I let him pass me. We both get out our cars and he runs to the door, unlocks it and as I'm also approaching door he says you gonna have to give me minute. That tone that arrogance and the sound of his voice it was David he later confirmed. I said I would like to make a payment he says well you don't look happy to see me. I said I was the one you was to on the phone with and I thought you was very rude and unprofessional. Well Instead of apologizing he proceeds to tell me That's my opinion and just like ass holes everyone has one. He also said " we don't take kindly to people like me around here" I may be wrong but the jackass Seems to be Hispanic as I am. Now only a fool argues with stupid so In order to get him to take my payment and shut up I had to get louder then him and yell can you just take my payment. Tomorrow I am waiting on a call from Mr John Lewis the district manager and I am hoping that this is not the kind of jackass they want managing and representing this company. I am quite disgusted and considering using another storage.

My husband and I recently moved our travel trailer to this storage location and so far we have had…read morea great experience. The facility has multiple cameras, gated access and locked buildings. The last facility that we had our travel trailer at was not secure and did not seem to care about our property. This facility packs stuff in tightly and you call ahead of time to have them remove your trailer and get it set up for you, which is a nice feature. Noah helped us get set up at the facility. He was really nice and answered all of our questions without any problem. Since the staff gets your travel trailer out and set up in the staging area you are not able to access it 24/7, but that is not an issue to us. And we think the price is reasonable for storage. Rating from F to A+++, we give it an A+++.

We just found Adult Toy Storage two months ago and we love the place!…read more We wanted the best for our new 'toy' RV and Adult Toy Storage delivers 100%! They provide safety, security and service. The facility is about 35 miles away from home for us, but worth the drive. We store our RV in the covered area, which is huge, literally hundreds and hundreds of spaces, and somehow, they manage to keep it all organized. It is more expensive for the covered spaces, but in the Florida elements, it's a must. The facility provides a dump-station included in the fee and there is also a detail service available on site for a nominal fee. When it's time to pick up a 'Toy' the staff will move your vehicle out for easy pick up. There is a key-pad/lock protected area to pick up your vehicle should your schedule fall outside of normal business hours. The staff is amazingly FRIENDLY and knowledgeable about all things RV related, which we appreciate being newbies to the RV world. Safe, secure and service driven. A great place to do business.

Editing my review. Two main reasons:…read more I saw a live pest inside the storage center. At first I didn't think much of it, then when I got home and unloaded my mattress, there was a dead roach inside my mattress bag! I guess I should've know when my unit wasn't that clean when I moved in... Secondly, I got stuck inside an elevator for over 30 minutes. I noticed the expired certification so that's probably the culprit . Management seemed hesitant to call for help (I was told to press the button as if I hadn't tried that several times), and weren't super concerned about my well-being. Offered no remedy for the inconvenience. The whole thing was pretty annoying. Luckily I was moving out, but sheesh... It appeared to be a nice, clean place, but sadly this wasn't my experience. I'm hoping they improve these matters because it is set up with enough potential to be way better.
