I visited on a Saturday morning. No employee on site. QR code on door directed me to rent online,…read moreso I did. I clicked on a button advertising a 10'x10' unit for $69 per month. I was given a 10'x5' unit instead with additional fees that raised the price to over $90 for the first month. I was sold a lock I didn't need as I had brought my own. I went back on a weekday morning to turn in the lock and rectify the size of the unit. Still no employee on site. I have called the phone number posted on the office door multiple times on multiple days - automated system with no option to speak to a person. I have left voice messages - no return call. I downloaded the app - no solutions offered there. I called the phone number in the app - still no answer. I searched their website - no solutions there. Huffing and puffing the whole time. the manager could give a fuck less- which was very clear to see. i set a reservation for this morning that night- i called up this morning to confirm and let them know i was going to head that way. they told me they wouldn't rent to me because of the condition truck came back in. mind you- the bed was clean, interior was clean ( not showroom clean, but it was clean) 3 weeks in to rentMing this truck it developed an oil leak. they refused to rent to me claiming the oil leak and condition i brought the truck back was my fault. reality is is Ii kept them there past 7pm last night trying not figure out why I was being charged $1800 when I've been paying weekly to extend vehicle. All the employees there are a bunch of losers. Manager was trash. No customer service skills whatsoever. PISS POOR customer service, would never rent another anything from them.

This idiot spoke very rude and loudly to me on the phone today proceeded to talk over me then hung up on me. I was having trouble making my payments. Since I was treated so rudely on the phone by him and never given assistance. I stopped by to make my payment at the office. While approaching the building I was cut off outside the facility by a white Nissan who cut me off to enter the facility parking lot first. I don't do rode rage so I let him pass me. We both get out our cars and he runs to the door, unlocks it and as I'm also approaching door he says you gonna have to give me minute. That tone that arrogance and the sound of his voice it was David he later confirmed. I said I would like to make a payment he says well you don't look happy to see me. I said I was the one you was to on the phone with and I thought you was very rude and unprofessional. Well Instead of apologizing he proceeds to tell me That's my opinion and just like ass holes everyone has one. He also said " we don't take kindly to people like me around here" I may be wrong but the jackass Seems to be Hispanic as I am. Now only a fool argues with stupid so In order to get him to take my payment and shut up I had to get louder then him and yell can you just take my payment. Tomorrow I am waiting on a call from Mr John Lewis the district manager and I am hoping that this is not the kind of jackass they want managing and representing this company. I am quite disgusted and considering using another storage.
