When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. Talked to the manager and she was very flippant and noncaring, saying I had to pay a full month's rent for just 7 days. I had also called 3 different numbers and no one every answered the phone and they never returned any of my messages. If you rent from them make sure you remember exactly what day it is due or you will be paying for an extra month you did not use. I say go somewhere else.
