We scheduled our move about a month in advance, and they only required a very reasonable $100 deposit to secure our date. The day before our move, Genevieve called to confirm everything was set. She also let me know that the foreman would call the morning of the move to confirm their exact arrival time, which made the whole process feel very organized and stress-free. On moving day, I was introduced to our team: Richard (the foreman) and movers Aaron and Dylan. I showed them what needed to be moved, and from that point on, they took complete control in the best way possible. They worked efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. We were initially quoted 5 1/2 hours, but the job was completed in just 4 1/2 hours. Even better, we were only charged for the actual time it took--not the original estimate. That level of honesty is so refreshing. Richard and his team took excellent care of all of our belongings. Everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with packing tape, and all items arrived at our new home in the same condition they left our old one.
