I showed them all the proof from my Cash App but they kept insisting they never received the second payment. A bank doesn't just make up transactions. We emailed them all the proofs and I personally called Cash App customer support, who confirmed that the payment was deducted by CubeSmart! We also felt misled. They initially told us the monthly rent would be around $50+, but after just 2-3 months, they increased it by more than $20!! Because of this experience, I'll never rent a storage unit here again!
