The facility is very well kept and clean. Plenty of room to load/unload items. It is also in a good location and very safe. The best part is their team. Lauren is a wonderful person that gets to know her clients personally, and always will remember you. Judy the same. They are an independent company. They are our neighbors, so to speak. You are always treated like a neighbor and a friend! Outstanding customer service, just great folks that REALLY care! I would advise anyone seeking a storage facility in the area to drop on in. The prices are fantastic, too! Up front and honest, nothing hidden or shady.

The front of the facility is rundown dirty not maintained well. The gate has been broken for well over a month. No one has come out to fix it. The main access door doesn't even lock and on top of that the manager is only here when he chooses to be. It is an absolute disgrace to any sort of customer service job and this company needs to close this location down and sell it off honestly, I will never ever ever ever ever rent from this place again overpriced understaffed horrible location if I'm gonna pay $135 a month for a 5' x 10' only to find out that I can get a 10' x 5' for $50 less a mile up the road I think we all know which one I'm going to choose. This facility has claims that they have AC but you won't feel it when you walk in. It feels like a boiler room in there there is no security and I do not feel safe leaving my stuff here overnight
