While Roy is doing all the loading of my Uhaul, Kyle is loading items I had given him on MY TIME. I called Teresa at this Company, explained what had been going on with Kyle and that I think she should take an hour and she DID NOT. This 26 ft Uhaul is only 3/4 full and could have been loading in 2-1/2 hours if I had two men loading, instead of 1. I gave Roy a brand new $1000.00 couch n love seat and he loaded that when he was through loading my truck. I would not recommend this Company, but call the real Village Movers, who I thought I had. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. If I have to move again, I will be contacting Sebastian.

The ring camera- when they DELIVERED my items shows very clearly - they were short 3 large boxes & 1 small box & my new $500 Christmas tree. I lost irreplaceable family items, meaningful things . When I noticed the missing items- I was told "I am sorry. You have our word we will find your stuff". Guess what? They never did. I had basically over 4 thousand dollars worth of my belongings either stolen or delivered to the other family's home . I lost my husband ... prior to the move and now irreplaceable meaningful belongings were just taken from me. And guess what? Their promises of "we will find your items"... were empty words. The representative showed up for his appointment on time and in a company vehicle. We went through the home from room to room and he took a detailed inventory of everything I needed to move. The cost was very fair. The deciding factors for me were that they had all of the necessary insurance to protect me and my belongings, and the movers were company employees NOT hired day laborers. The day of the move a team of four showed up on time and ready to go. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing and treated all of my belongings with care and respect. Quality Movers was able to move me on my time schedule for the closing of my home. I will definitely call them when I am ready to move everything into my new home.
