The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a customer service rep who literally repeated the same point that they can't do anything. The unit I was given have a very slanted road. I have machine that I'm trying to store in this unit and the slanted road makes it impossible to load and unload the machine, this defeats the purpose of my need for a storage unit unless I go through the hassle of the canceling this unit and getting a new unit. and there is no guarantee that they won't just assign the same unit again. This also delays my time to move out of the place I'm trying to vacate.

However, the girl that worked there did not address some of the issues that occurred and never mentioned them to the owner so things were never handled in a timely manner. I had issues with billing and needed a credit and had to call several times in order for that to happen. She just never took care of anything. In addition, I left in the middle of the month, and the amount I had paid for the month was not prorated, which is extremely disappointing. I always felt safe when I was at my storage unit and always felt like my items were safe.
