One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. Lastly, besides bad customer service, their prices are outrageous and is a complete rip off.

Of course after numerous calls and not getting to speak to a live person, or that live person talking over you, dropping the call or transfering you to the wrong department I was absolutley fed up. There's nothing worse than going through the struggle and stress of moving and having to depend on storage facility only to have that same facility treat you like dirt. Knowing that they can because you are at their mercy. Fortunately I was blessed to be transfered to Lamar's voicemail. The one individual in this company that seems to have morals, decency and an actualy work ethic. He not only called me back within minutes but he allowed me to vent. He advised he would forward my issue the district manager which I was not very confident in. In less than an hour Lamar called me back to tell me my issue was resolved. Lamar went above and beyond when no one else would even do the basics. And for that I am eternally grateful.

If their facility is secure, why would this be so imperative? Even so, I was called numerous times while I was out of town trying to move to be informed that this was absolutely unacceptable. No one told me this at the time of my rental arrangements. When I said I would cancel my unit- keep in mind I had already paid for one month. I was treated as if they did not care. No customer service to resolve the issue, smooth things over or value my business. Notice, they only have one other review total.
