"Liability for what? Do you know what it's for?" I asked. "No. Too much liability" he repeated. I guess he has some good friends and relatives giving 5-star reviews. I also assume they only do ornamental work where no one will get hurt if it falls apart. I asked if there was a welding shop nearby and he was less than helpful. No surprise there....

Came here in early May to have my horse trailer looked at. Needed some welding done. Snake and his…read morebuds came over, looked at it for a long time, chatted, and Snake complained about the broken hinge for a while. It was a long pleasant conversation about the trailer. In the end he didn't provide a quote, said he charges $65/hr, and to get a needle scaler at it so he could get a better view of the steel on it. Sounded like a plan. I went home, bought a needle scaler, protective wear, scaled the he'll out of it and got it perfectly ready for a good review of a quote. Then on May 19th at about 10:45am I called back to bring it by. I let the gentleman know on the phone that I wanted to bring it by for a round 2 quote after removing rust on the frame. He said I could bring it by but that they were all leaving for lunch at 11:30am and that the man I talked to before is busy welding so I'd have to be there by 11:45. Before I got off the phone I asked him really quick if that shop bows and bends metal. I asked because every other welder I took the trailer to said they don't and it seemed to be an issue. The guy on the phone immediately became incredibly rude and said with a very aggressive and louder tone, "Look, like I said before, the guy you talked to either isn't here or welding and you'll need to talk to him. So if you'd bring it by before 11:30 before lunch. I don't know what else to tell you." What's also weird is that I don't know this man on the phone nor does he know me and he has no idea who I was wanting to even meet or talk with How about this? No. I won't bring it by and provide you my business. This isn't the only shop in Florida. When my husband called for the first review the man on the phone was super nice to him. Thanks for being a royal rude jerk for no reason. I don't need to be disrespected like that b/c I'm a woman asking Welding questions.

To sum up my review: workmanship amazing but customer service 0…read more I have had several items made for my home when it was constructed. 20 years later my wife wanted a custom gate for the front. A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
