The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

No programming, nothing. I was told it would cost $50 to cut two keys. When I questioned why they said that's just what the owner told them to charge. If it was a reasonable $5 per key I would've had them do it. Everyone needs to get paid for what they do. I would even have paid $10 per key to save me a trip elsewhere. But $50 is insane. I went to one of the big box stores thar I tried to avoid in the first place, and they were nice enough to cut both keys for me for free. Main guy was very confrontational. I got called a terrorist within the first 5 seconds of conversation; along with the threat of guantanamo bay. If the area around the pumping stations is that dangerous, there needs to be arrows for drivers. I wasn't sure whether I should pull up directly in front of the pump station or if I should walk my tank to them. I decided to park next to the station. For future reference don't do that, in fact do yourself a favor and just go to Walgreens. You can park where you want and the employee's don't hate "My generation".
