Tried to set up pick up time for tractor and they NEVER returned call. Had to go with the old dealership, Ocala Tractor, instead.

2nd time posting this because they begged me to take it down then went right back to doing nothing…read morethey say as usual What John Said 1. The Coolant Leak Caused the Hydraulic Sensor: The coolant leak is probably the issue with the hydraulic sensor. 2. Finding the Coolant Leak: The best way to see a coolant leak is to let the machine sit there for three days and check to see if there is a puddle under it. 3. Bucket Creep: It is totally normal for a skid steer to let a bucket fall a couple of inches gradually as you are running the machine. 4. Tracks and Asphalt: Backing a skid steer on and off of a trailer on asphalt will make the track pop off or rip apart. Why It's Bullshit 1. The Timeline and Cause Don't Match: If the hydraulic sensor tripped first, a later coolant leak didn't magically travel backward in time to trigger it. Furthermore, a coolant leak is an engine cooling system issue, whereas a hydraulic sensor monitors a completely separate fluid circuit. 2. Passive Waiting Ignores Reality: Telling someone to just let a machine sit for three days and wait for a puddle is a lazy guess. If a hose has a tiny hairline crack or a clamp is just slightly weeping, the fluid will evaporate or dry up before it ever forms a puddle, and gravity alone won't force fluid past a sealed system unless there is actual pressure or thermal expansion pushing it out. 3. Hydraulic Drift is Not Normal: A healthy, properly functioning hydraulic control valve and tight cylinders will hold their position. If a bucket is gradually creeping or sagging down while you are actively operating or holding the joystick in neutral, it indicates internal fluid bypass (worn cylinder seals or a leaking control valve spool), not normal design behavior. 4. New Tracks Don't Fly Off Asphalt at 30 Hours: A machine with less than 30 total operating hours has a brand-new, tight undercarriage and factory-spec track tension. Backing on and off a trailer on asphalt creates friction, but it will not rip a track apart or throw it off a brand-new machine unless the factory track tension was set dangerously loose from day one. 5. The Source is Unqualified: John tried beating around the bush when asked about his equipment experience before finally admitting he has very little experience on any kind of machinery. He has no idea how to fix these systems, yet Ocala Tractors hired a former car lot service advisor for an equipment service advisor role. Instead of knowing the machine, he just gaslights customers and makes everything about them rather than the equipment.
