I would highly recommend if you need parts to go anywhere else other than Ocala Ag-Pro and speak with that gentleman! If you do have to go there you might want to wait for a woman name Amy, she is real nice, very knowledgeable and super helpful! Moreover, just to reiterate avoid James at all costs because he is just a miserable person (IMHO) that won't smile at you or really offer any help other than to give an excuse about how busy he is.........well that is your job.

I was quite impressed with the sales department, but quite the opposite in regards to promises made…read morein regards to service when there are problems with the mower. Upon purchase, we were assured that service would be expeditious and there were loaner mowers available if service took longer than three days. We were also told that Ag Pro would provide a complete replacement mower if service could not be completed in one week. Unfortunately equipment did what equipment did, and the mower was out of service last week. I know this happens with all brands. Not only were we told that there were no loaners available, we were also told that the replacement policy was "not a real thing". I would not recommend Ag Pro in any capacity. I need to purchase a second mower and a gator, but I will be doing this elsewhere. I ended up paying a significant amount of money to have my property mowed during this extended service period of over a week, and I still don't have my equipment back!
