Worst experience I've ever had with a provider in Ocala. At first, they seemed nice and…read moreprofessional, but that changed quickly. Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any business, but people should know what kind of experience they may be dealing with here.
