Go here! I cannot express enough what an amazing storage unit place this has been. The customer…read moreservice here is top-notch. They are always knowledgeable and courteous. One time my lock rusted. They verified my identity before helping me replace the lock. The site is secure. Key code in and out. Cameras and fencing. Good commercial neighborhood, down the rode from the airport. We were customers for almost 5 years. The rates were reasonable (no crazy price increases- reasonable), and the unit was high quality (D6 below). In those 5 years, we never had an issue with rodents or critters (just some spider webs)! Seriously! We also had our camper here for a short time. They have expanded and have plenty of space. Look no further. High-quality and clean. Bathroom on site too. Do note that there is no trash on site (what you bring in, you bring out). Thank you, Florida Secure Storage! You honor your name.

After an apartment fire, we needed immediate storage. We were immediately able to rent a unit,…read morewith the office staff, and Manager, Tally, being very helpful with our needs. Due to costs of extended stay hotels, and the length of time (4-5 months) before we could possibly move back, family in Texas asked us to move in with them, thus we needed to get a PODS and Tally was very helpful with assisting PODS delivery and pick up as we had to move quickly. Comparatively, I don't know rental prices, yet we were very pleased with a reasonable rate, plus the added assistance of Tally and her staff regarding the logistics of the PODS, etc. We recommend them as our unit was clean and no issues with pests or otherwise. These are outside entrance storage units, thus not climate controlled, inside entrance; meanwhile, that would be a decision one would have to make depending on each's circumstances. For ours, it served its purpose, with Tally and staff being friendly and helpful throughout our ever-changing ordeal. Thanks!

There's a rat infestation in the whole property and for what it seems like they haven't put any effort into getting this under control whatsoever (that is not comforting knowing that anything you put in their storage units is subject to damage from these creatures so don't think about storing any prized possessions in there). If you care about the things you want to store at a storage place then I would highly recommend not to rent from here.

It could not have been easier and the staff (Sarah in particular) could not have been any kinder. She sent me the paperwork via e-mail, I filled it out and we went from there. Any questions I had were answered, and when we went to do the final paperwork and selection of an urn, they were so sympathetic and warm, making the experience pleasant--despite the devastation I was feeling. When the time came, they were so gentle and respectful of my mother when they lay her on the stretcher to bring her to their facility. When we informed them she was a veteran, they provided a flag to drape her in. When we picked up her remains, the flag was folded and was presented to me. Also, the process was very quick and they kept me apprised of everything! She passed on the Saturday, she was cremated on Wednesday and we picked her up on Monday. (They do ask that you schedule a time to come in. Not a hardship.) I cannot praise them enough nor thank them enough for everything, especially the gentleness in which they treated my mother. They really made the experience non-traumatic and easy. I highly recommend them. (And if you are worried about the price points, they are extremely reasonable and don't rush you to pay. The last thing anyone wants is to discuss payment when you're at your loved one's side, and they are so cognizant and considerate of that.) Again, thank you for everything. --Clarissa.
