Hokkaido milk ice cream and ganache
Eunice C.

Came here on Father's Day, after the lunch period but made it for the Miso Salmon bento box (3:28pm!). While the salmon was tender and tasty, I felt the rice, bok choy pairing was a bit off the mark in texture. The sashimi pieces with the ginger and wasabi was good. Miso soup was extra concentrated. However, the meal wrapped up with a delicious miso ice cream with a buttery ganache. Here for the views, air quality, and light music experience.

This rooftop lounge in Chelsea with panoramic Hudson River views atop Pier 57 was the perfect place for a Knicks NBA finals watch party. Their state-of-the-art sound system allowed us to hear the sounds of the game with crisp quality while also allowing us to enjoy their fun playlists during halftime. I got there early and the manager showed me where would be the best location to watch the big screen. Although I would have preferred a vertical screen, the horizontal screen above the roof did the job. I had some light bites on their menu including the crunchy chicken karaage and beef gyoza which hit the spot. This is a very underrated rooftop that I did not even know existed.

The setting alone makes Miru worth experiencing at least once. Located on the top floor of Pier 57, the views are absolutely stunning and create a beautiful atmosphere for lunch or dinner. My friend and I ordered Unagi, Hamachi, and Crispy Rice. Everything tasted good and was well presented, but the portions were surprisingly small for the price. While the quality was there, I left feeling like the value just didn't match the cost. If you're coming for the views or celebrating a special occasion, you'll probably enjoy it. Personally, I don't see myself returning because I couldn't justify the portion-to-price ratio, even though the food itself was enjoyable.

Delicious sushi. Great views. Drinks were good as well. Staff was friendly and provided good recommendations. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time at Miru, a beautiful rooftop restaurant. Even though I went during the colder weather, I still took time to explore the rooftop, which overlooks the Hudson River. The space is incredibly spacious and elegant and is a perfect place for a date night. The service was excellent, and the staff were so kind and attentive to my friend and me. I enjoyed authentic Japanese food and drinks, which really gave me a taste of the culture. Everything was delicious. For dessert, I had the matcha and red bean ice cream. I also tried the Crispy Rice, Kushiyaki Wagyu, and the Buta Kakuni. It was such a great experience getting to try dishes I'd never had before.

Excellent food, outstanding service, amazing location and ambience, awesome DJ. What could be better?

This is a perfect date night spot with a beautiful view of the city and NJ. We came for drinks and to our surprise heard some music with the DJ(vinyl). We didn't try the food but will definitely be back.

This place was pretty bad. Very limited menu, crazy small portions, and not even that good. The service was also pretty horrible - it took forever to get our food and they forgot about our drinks - maybe more forgivable if they were slammed but the place was empty and servers and bartenders were just standing around chatting. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

I just want to say... I'm picky. BUT THIS WAS SO GOOD. Some of the best Japanese I've ever had. So delicious, you could tell the food was extremely well thought out and every dish was made to perfection. Also, the server was SO kind and the bartender was also soooo nice. Everything was perfect :)

Great rooftop venue with amazing views on the Hudson. The wall slides off so you get a fresh breeze as well. Modern, cool. Attentive and friendly servers. You start your meal with a nice hot towel to freshen up your hands. The cocktails are standard - nothing really special. The food is good level Japanese food. Nicely presented and tasty. I like the way they did sushi sandwiching the shisu leaf in the rice. The yellowtail collar came burnt. Too much for my liking. Wagyu skewers were nice but little fatty.

Highly recommend the duck! Beneath that crispy skin was meat so succulent and with "gamey-lite" sweetness!

Beneath the skin was meat so succulent with "gamey-lite" sweetness that only perfectly prepared duck can achieve. Highlighted recommend!

Wagyu, fingerling potatoes, and eel

Great food. The wagu was succulent and flavorful. The special sushi roll best I've had in a long time. Can't imagine a better view.

Creative cocktails, a great bartender, and a space that transitions beautifully from daytime drinks to moody evening vibes. We'll absolutely be back! The vibe: We stopped in around 4-5 PM on a Saturday for pre-dinner cocktails. The front gets lovely natural sunlight and has a small bar with high-tops, while the back opens into a moodier lounge. Great atmosphere without feeling overly pretentious. I can imagine it gets even better in the evening, so that's next on our list. The cocktails: * No Smoking Please: A mezcal cocktail with a little heat and warm vanilla notes. I was surprised by how much I loved this one! * Spicy Paloma: A great option if you like a little kick with your tequila. * Bartender's choice gin cocktail: I can't remember exactly what was in it, but it was incredible. Always a good sign when you trust the bartender to get creative and they deliver * Surprise shots to wish us a happy anniversary were a thoughtful gesture! Service: Our bartender was fantastic. Great banter, easy conversation, and clearly knew how to make a great drink. That personal touch made the experience even better. Bonus points: They serve popcorn to snack on, which is such a fun little touch with cocktails. Bottom line: Creative drinks, personable service, and a space with plenty of character. Food being served looked great, though we didn't order anything. Perfect for pre-dinner cocktails, but I'm already looking forward to coming back for the evening atmosphere. Definitely worth adding to your cocktail rotation!

We thought mini golf was interactive, everyone had the same chance to play and it's simple enough without exerting too much energy (unlike an escape room or the dancing tiles which I also came across in my research). Great place for friends, families, dates of all ages. We checked in on the ground floor (also have a coat check here) and were told they have a cabin themed course on the 2nd floor and a museum themed course on the 3rd floor, but there was a party going on. They also told us about the rooftop lounge, which is covered with plastic and they have heaters blasting the space. We went with the cabin themed. Although I don't think they completely blocked the 3rd floor with the party, we just didn't want to have to compete with others and wanted a quiet experience. They have stairs or an elevator. Once we got to the 2nd floor, we were the only ones there and were explained how the digital scoring works. We inputted our names, and our scoreboard would follow us from board to board in sequence after we all punched in our scores. The max was 6 putts per course to help keep things moving (we definitely played more than 6 on some courses lol). The courses did progressively get more challenging as you moved on. The decor was beautiful. Fairy lights lined the space with murals or a ski lodge/mountains around with a polar bear and a ski mobile. Many cute photo ops. On the last course, once you made it, the game swallowed your ball, I guess to help prevent you from trying to play the course again. I wish there was more than 9 courses though. It was fun enough but maybe having a few more would have helped fill the time more. Time flew by and we had lots of laughs. Would be excited to come back to try the museum course next time.
