The consultation with Grant was quite expert: he assessed that our house in a forest would get plenty of sun, and he was right. He also suggested we try a single battery before spending for two. He was right about that. Jonathan (and his electrician skills) was a known quantity to us, and he performed perfectly on our installation. The system served us well for nearly a year. Then the 3-day outage over Christmas proved the wizardry of the Tesla StormWatch system, - we never stumbled around in the dark of shuddered in the cold like many of our neighbors with no system. Carmel is infamous for frequent outages, ranging from 10 minutes to 3 days and more. This system eliminates the anxiety and discomfort of living with that. When I had a question today about Tesla Settings, Jonathan took my first call. And his routing us to the patient and intrepid Melody at GFSE HQ sorted it all out. That was two professionals who answered the phone on the first call, late on a Friday afternoon on New Years weekend. When was the last time you had that experience? There are many vendors in the solar/battery space. They may all be OK, but I wouldn't bet on it. The delta in cost from other bidders is trivial. I am certain that BFSE is run with top talent and integrity.

On one occasion Bright Future contacted us to tell us something was wrong with our battery. Bright Future found that the battery was failing. They replaced the battery without charging us a penny. Several times we had electrical issues from PGE surges and other electrical issues. In every case Bright Future came to the rescue. The staff of Bright Future, from the office staff routing calls to the owner always try to be helpful before they say no to a request. And they have never said no to a request. Bright Future provides the best customer service with extraordinary expertise I have ever seen. I can not recommend them any more highly. The best.

Purchased a home in the area and had premium Inspection completed on 7/26. We felt initial…read moreinspection was professional and thorough in hindsight felt a lot was missed. Since we took possession on 8/12. Since we have discovered the following that should have been highlighted in the report. 1. A plumbing leak in crawlspace under the lavatory caused by an improperly used saddle Tap valve Under the house. 2. Broken sewer line for same lavatory underneath the house. Both theses items where within 5 feet of the crawl space entrance and clearly visible to the plumber we had come out and investigate a water leak issue we suspected. The cost to fix was approx 3K. 3. Dry rot to a structural 6x6 deck post that needs to be replaced at a cost of $1600. This is disappointing as both of these issues should have been highlighted in the inspection and it makes me concerned that there may be more issues that arise as I feel the inspection was not done as thoroughly as it could. I understand a home inspection will not cover everything but in the above cases these issues should have clearly been caught.

Floor Coverings International Monterey Bay…read more Bernardo and his crew did an outstanding job on my Dad's mobile home in Capitola. They had to remove carpeting that had been installed in 1992. The padding pretty much disintegrated and they had to remove about a 1000 staples. The carpeting was removed in 3 rooms, the large living area, the master bedroom, and a spare bedroom. What was amazing is they finished the job in 2 days ! They then moved all the heavy furniture back in each room. What we can't figure out is how they got those 2 twin sofa sleepers through the door. In any case, if you have any need to install laminate flooring ( we went with LVP with is a higher quality with a moisture barrier ) or any flooring, I would highly recommend Floorings International of Montery.
