I was deflated and feeling skeptical it could be fixed, but he solved it! I look back and think it's a miracle and a testament to Armando's 1. critical problem solving skills and 2. skill and experience, 3. work ethic, and 4. love of his job. 3 roofers couldn't figure the issue out at all including the original roofer, and the 4th roofer I suspect did not want to do the work. The end product of the repair is beautiful and flawless and of the highest quality - he took great effort to match the exact paint/stucco color in the repair (yet another testament to him wanting to do the repair RIGHT, once and for all). We feel indebted to Armando and now will use him for any future repairs to our house. Then, he not only painted the siding but also touched up the whole area with fresh paint. This job had his name on it so he took the extra step. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was able to start the job soon after he gave the quote and was done sooner than expected. He also worked clean and kept me advised throughout the process. I am very happy with the quality of work and the added value he provided and will definitely call on him again.

Oscar has helped us with design ideas and has performed work transforming a concrete slab and dirt backyard into a beautiful outdoor patio with pavers and a bbq kitchen, pergolas, fire pit, terraced planters, and French drains. He completed several remodeling jobs for us, built a new retainer wall the length of the driveway and back. Turned a downstairs open living area into a beautiful primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, built in closets. Then remodeled a dated guest bathroom with new flooring, new bathtub/shower area, and all that was necessary as you can imagine in an old bathroom. STAY AWAY!! I should…read morehave payed better attention to the red flags. Would not give us a written copy of the estimate or any recipets for payments when asked. Asked for a deposit and immediately cashed the check. Oscar guys work is very sloppy, inability to follow install instructions and plans have led to some issues with my kitchen remodel. He didn't communicate with the tile company for delivery of the material which caused a delay, pretty much stopping working for 2 weeks. After spending alot of money on cabinets instead of using a hole saw to cut holes for plumbing they made jagged lopped sided holes. When they were cutting the base board and crown molding they choose to do it 10 feet from the front door but we're too lazy to close the door so saw dust covered every surface of the house. They layed down construction paper on the floors but what ever tape they used damaged my hard wood floors and now there 2 distinct lines running across the floor. Either didn't read or follow the directions on the dishwasher install so when I went to first use it the kicker board broke off. Said he ordered a replacement and would be back to install along with a cabinet door and has since become a ghost won't return calls or texts. The control panel was broken on the ventilation hood unfortunately didn't see how it was broken but I suspect it was during the unboxing process, careless workers that don't read instructions. He'll get the job done but his quality of work is not good. Would definitely reccomend not using him
