We did employ OCS not knowing this issue to install a Security System for our home which would give us the ability to see and replay videos while traveling. Since installing the system 6 months ago we have never been able to replay videos from our PC's. At OCS's decision they installed the Zosi Equipment which has no operations Manuals and marginal support (if any) by only email. When attempting to get the owner Oscar Sabino to address the issue he tells us he is only a cable guy, and we need to hire a computer technician to solve our problem. We hired him to install a working security System and never had the understanding he is not reasonable for the operation of the system. During the Six Months we had the Zosi Controller go bad and it took six months and fighting with Oscar to get it replaced. Today we still cannot replay from our traveling Computers, and he tells us, it is not his responsibility, and we can hire a technician or purchase a better controller for $1,600 more after we paid him $4,420 for the system. I have also discovered when placing the cables in the attic our installation was torn apart and not replaced. I have complained to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and will most likely end up in small claim court. Learn my experience and find a different Contractor.

He is going to update my system at my new job locations and save me tons of cadh by integrating the really expensive cameras and systems we alarm already. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options.
