Was craving sushi and ordered from this place on Uber Eats. The sushi was delicious. Tasted fresh and portions did not disappoint. The order arrived fairly quickly and presentation was very nice. I have been to Osaka twice now, as I am only able to visit when I happen to be in the area. Both times the sushi was incredibly fresh. I love that they have a peanut avocado roll on their menu as it's one of my favorite and very few sushi places serve it. The rolls I've had and thoroughly enjoyed here are the: Shrimp Tempura Peanut Avocado Shitake Avocado Spicy Tuna Boston Roll Osaka Sushi is very clean, service is prompt for takeout and they have a decent amount of tables for dine in. Terrible sushi restaurant. They canceled an order twice and left us waiting for hours. I called when the food was out for delivery and was canceled. The male that answered the phone said that he called the police because someone stole the food before it was delivered. I asked if I should reorder the food and he said yes. Once I reordered, about an hour later it was canceled again. I was looking to share my story and found a lot of the same stories on the internet. I'm also glad we never received the food as many people have gotten sick from u safe fish from this terrible restaurant. read more

Five star across-the-board. We came in this place after a long weekend of work and were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. It was very clean and serene and we were served top quality food that that only tasted good but looked good and enhanced the way my body felt afterwards. In my initial review I indicated that I would "never go back"... I should have listened to my own advice. I was in the shopping center and decided to give Osaka another shot. It's interesting that it was the exact same story as the first visit which was over six months ago - reasonably good sushi with the absolute worst service and attitude possible from the staff. I came in for lunch and was the ONLY person in the restaurant. I sill waited over five minutes before anyone came over to the table to bring water or even acknowledge that I was there. The waitress had absolutely no clue. I waited another 15 minutes for three sushi rolls and another 5 for some regular soy sauce. This place pretty much sucks. I was right the first time! read more

This was horrible. I never ever l leave a bad review. I would never want to hurt a business. But they need to be aware. And buyers beware. I just had the most awful food delivered to my new house. Soggy tuna roll, with too much Mayo. Asked for crunch & got nothing. Mango shrimp roll, mango was not ripe. Very hard & chewy. Also, wasabi always included with GINGER. No wasabi. Very odd. The fish is so fresh,the pricing is reasonable and there's a good variety of sushi. The place just opened and I wanted to try it cause it so close to the house. Disappointed in every level. Called in an order. Got the snow mountain, mango salsa, lobster roll, and spicy tuna roll. Just okay but usually when a store opens up they are friendly and want more of your business. Did not get that feeling at all. All the rolls were just okay.... not as flavorful as other sushi spots. Oh yeah they charge you a 3% if you use your credit card. Please advise customer of this. Will not be going back there again read more

Super small place in the Cvs shopping center. Quality sushi and attentive service. I've only been here 3x and each time I got my food prompty and accurately. When I dined in I got refills as needed on my water and I was asked about the quality. There rolls are good and I really like their spicy mayo-not too spicy not too mayo-ey. They do have a CC fee which is posted by the register (3%) which is unfortunately what alot of small businesses in the area are doing. In any event I'll be back next week! read more

Osaka offers distanced indoor dining as well as take out. I came here for dinner and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and has a great ambience with nice lights and decorations - which makes it a great date spot. The food itself was also incredible and available for a good price. I order from them weekly and their sushi is so fresh and prices are much cheaper than anywhere else I have been at. The quality is is great and super consistent. People in previous reviews had complained the owners are not friendly, but they really are friendly. Others also complained that they charge extra fee for credit cards, but this is listed in a lot of places in their restaurant. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I am not one to call and complain but I called explaining that tuna avocado roll had pale slimy tuna the last three times i have ordered and that the "crispy rice" was just white rice with sesame seeds on it and the male on the phone was being rude about it and hung up on me. I wasn't even trying to offend the restaurant, just wanted to explain my concern about the bad fish being used for everyone's food and that the picture of their "crispy rice" was wayyyy different than what i received .. instead they hung up on me and were so rude saying "we don't do that" but clearly they did. I am so disappointed and honestly want my money back for this experience now. I must add that I am a hostess, as well .. so I know how to respectfully share a concern about the food over the phone.
