As for as mall food go, it's really top par. The presentation and looks are on point. The food itself is yummy too, even looking at the pictures I was already growling in the stomach. The portions are generous and right for the price. With a dish, you get choice of miso soup or canned soda. They also have bubble tea. They range from udon, ramen, sushi, bentos, salads, sashimi, bowls and more! read more

My kids love, LOVE, LOVE their eel avocado roll, which is the only sushi roll they will actually eat! I always order their salmon and spicy salmon rolls. The husband orders their chicken teriyaki bento box. Overall, the food is ok, but the price is hard to beat! read more

I loved coming to sushi.com whenever I was craving my favorite rolls from here- especially the SPICY MAYO! Now that Broadway Malls food court closed I'm so upset! I'm really hoping to hear if they are planning on relocating because I would definitely go wherever they on Long Island !! Please send me an update if there is any information! Thank you read more

I've been going to sushi.com for years now. Best sushi ever! 10/10. Service is always amazing. The ambiance always clean not dirty.

Delicious and huge portion! One order of the roll can easily feed 2 people. You can't beat the price and the quality of this place! It's one of my go to while bringing the kids to play at the soft play area. read more

If you want some quick pick up Sushi and are in the area? The fish is good. If you want the best? Go somewhere and pay for it. Fish is fresh, rice is good. Well done especially for a mall food court. They have an assortment of tasty rolls I have tried and I will be back to try some more. read more

This place is so super underrated and I get it. Mall food court sushi...questionable on all fronts. But don't fret, it's beyond the bang for your buck and no, you won't get sick. The sushi is delicious, cheap and it's not your usual 6 piece roll - you're getting large 8 piece rolls. No, it's not going to be the freshest roll ever, but it's not fishy, taste like normal fish, and no, I didn't get sick and it's been multiple times. The portions for the rice bowls and udon noodles are huge. Just don't get the chicken, it's super dry to a point where you'll end up tossing it, but everything else is great. Definitely check it out, don't walk past and don't sleep on this place. read more

Too expensive for the quality and portion of the food. If you don't have a particular craving and hungry, go somewhere like Sbarro or Chinese Gourmet.. 6 pcs inside-out salmon maki (literally 1 long piece of salmon cut in 6 bits) $3.49 White dragon roll (2 or 3 pcs of very thin eel cut into 8 or 9 bits) $10.99 Miso Ramen (size of a small salad bowl) $8.99 With $27, I would've had a better meal! Now you can! read more

Best sushi! Such a hidden gem. Came across this place while shopping at the mall, prices are typical of your average sushi spot. I get sweet potato sushi every time- but this was something special. Everything tasted very fresh, there was HUGE pieces of fried sweet potato that were delicious and it was drenched in eel sauce. They DO NOT skimp on anything. The rolls were so big that I could only fit a full piece in my mouth if I REALLY tried. The service was amazing, very sweet lady. The sushi was made fast. I would go to the mall just for this sushi. read more

A very good friend of ours invited us to have sushi here, we were blown away. We lived on Long Island for 15 years, prior to moving out of state. That being said, every time we visit NY, We have to stop here. The people are very friendly & the variety can please, just about anyone. As long as our friends here are in business, we will visit every time we come to NY. Thanks read more

Actually, the quality of food has gone back to normal, but it seems they've changed management again? Or am I just imagining it? I can't tell. But everything about this place is back to how I remembered it.It's not the greatest, but it's pretty good, everything considered. read more

Best cheap sushi in the mall, worth every dollar. Has a wide variety of sushi and goes from price range from $5+

I love them! I would give 5 stars, but some of the meal customization options are iffy to me. Overall, the prices are great, affordable and cheap. I could get the same things at a restaurant and expect the same quality, which means they're doing a great job. The woman who takes your order is very to the point, and she has a very comforting vibe to her. She remembers you by face and order, and she never fails to remember exactly who I am no matter how much I've changed! Feels like a cute place of kind people who know what they're doing. read more

If you're looking for cheap sushi that seems fresh, nice and easy when you're at the mall.

Food and the service were really. I tried the Miso Ramen soup. I never had it before and it incredibly good. Not sure how authentic it was but, it was really, really good. If you shopping or watching a movie near by, stop by and give it try. Prices are fair. read more

Great taste. Always made fresh. Located in Broadway mall, food court. Customer service is always friendly. Worth the trip every time.

Let's talk expectations. When you're in a mall looking for sushi, don't expect to have the same experience as you would in Japan. That's not to say you should be ok with shit food, but just remember you're in a mall; expect mall-quality food. With that in mind, sushi. Com meets those expectations and more. The bad: - rice is not soft or vinegared well enough as sushi should be. - too much rice on rolls. - salmon not that good. The good: + extremely affordable prices. + cucumber wrapped rolls + lots of food selections to choose from. Overall it's a good choice for sushi in the area. Of course you can better sushi in a restaurant, but for what it is (a mall food court sushi) it is recommended that. read more

It's good sushi, wouldn't expect it from a mall. I get the salmon bento box for $12, it's quite a bit of food.

Usually, their roles are good- fresh, neat, and the right temperature. More recently, however, they've had a few fails. For example, today my CA rolls were horrible. I ate them shortly after they were made (at the mall). The avocado was old Nd the temperature was too warm. Very disappointed. The employees should know better than to give this to a customer. read more

Relatively quick, great packaging, and tasty rolls to offer at an affordable price. What more could you want?

I have to update my mall Sushi .com review I cant give them more then 5 stars but sushi lovers and bubble tea lovers they deserve more! I mean BUBBLE TEA!!! I have this deep passion for those squishy gooey tapioca balls in flavored teas. This is some real fine sushi here and I kid you not one volcano roll is a meal loaded with crunchies and its so yummy their spicy mayo is spicy not watered down like other places The Sushi chef takes pride in his work and it shows, watch him as he makes your rolls to order. More crunch? less crunch more spicy? less spicy no shellfish no problem, very friendly staff helps you and does not look at you like they can not understand you. and oh yes the bubbles! if you like the bubbles this place has good ones with a nice amount of flavors milk coffee and taro being my favorite just wish they offered BIGGER cups because I could drink a gallon come to the mall ok yes its noisy but its worth it for Sushi. com read more

Mall sushi! True story. I started off with a New York Roll (tuna, salmon, snapper, avocado, crab meat in a cucumber) for 9.99. This same roll is def $4-5 more expensive at local restaurants. The quality wasn't lacking either. Everything was fresh and it was made to order. The miso soup and house salad both were bleh and will be skipped on future visits. The rest of the menu is filled with specialty rolls, udon soups and grilled chicken/beef dishes. Most dishes are in the $7-8 range. Not too shabby. It was good meal, great for a mall, but didn't 5-star wow me. Especially since it's not good enough to make me want to go back to the mall even if I don't need anything else there. It also has to be mentioned that you are eating this in the mall food court. So if you don't mind an atmosphere where the guy next to you is eating a Big Mac, babies crying, kids waiting for a movie and a damn good smelling Sbarro, then you're golden. Note: I don't know about it's affiliation with sushi.com the website (which is awful). But don't head over there. Scoop a menu and order ahead if you're looking to catch a flick! read more

We barely order from this place even though we visit this Mall very often. My son was asking for Sushi when we visited the Mall past weekend, so we ordered a bento box lunch for him and it was disappointing. First of all, the price on the receipt did not match to the price on the menu. The lady who took the order did not mention the price increase at all. When we got our receipt and questioned her about the price discrepancy, she told us that the price went up due to COVID with an attitude. I did not like this dishonest act from this place. How difficult would it be amend the price on the menu? How difficult would it be to let the customers know the price increase when ordering. I probably would still order it if you let me know the price went up by $1 upfront, but I would feel more comfortable paying the extra $1 that way. Secondly, the bento box included a roll of tuna, a few pieces of sushi, a few tempura (only one of the tempura was shrimp, and the others were like sweet potato tempura) and a very small portion of seaweeds. The tuna roll was not fresh. The shrimp tempura was terrible as it was not crispy at all. It looked like a shrimp inside the egg more than shrimp tempura. The sushi was okay. Most of the items in the bento box was raw food. Overall I would not recommend this place given the price I paid and the food portion and service I received. read more

After reading the reviews and having a crazy craving for sushi I had to get my butt over here. Their menu has plenty of options and everything is very fairly priced. I decided on the New York roll (crab, shrimp, tuna, snapper, salmon, avocado and cucumber wrapped in seaweed and cucumber NO RICE ! Yessss) it was 9.99. Every piece of fish was extremely fresh, I throughly enjoyed this roll. I also ordered the caterpillar roll because everyone's pictures were cute and yummy looking hehe. It was a spicy tuna roll. 7.99. Very fresh as well !! Lots of avocado on top. came to about 12 pieces cut up. Tax included these two rolls came to 19.55. I myself couldn't finish both of them so I have leftovers. FYI- any roll can be substituted with brown rice for .50$ extra. I saw this after I already ordered, I would have definitely gotten that over the white rice for the caterpillar roll. Oh well next time. Oh there will be a next time! read more

This place breaks the stigma of the nauseating mall sushi. The selection is not limited to a handful of prepackaged fare laying on a bed of ice. Instead you are greeted by a wall of delicately handcrafted sushi. From the heavy bento boxes, to the layers of sashimi of a Chirashi bowl, the food greets your palate with flavors that you would not expect from mall fare. Brown rice is also offered as an alternative for those who are carb conscious. read more

The sushi here is seriously the best sushi i have ever had! Its so fresh and has so many different choices. I love their pictured menu so you can choose exactly what you want since you will know how it will look. I always order the Broadway roll. It is the most expensive roll there for $13 with tax BUT it is so huge and filling, it can make almost 2 people full. Really great sushi and love it! Now to the unfortunate part... I have seen two ladies work there, one older and one young (in her 20's). The older woman, is so friendly and nice, but the complete opposite for the younger Asian girl. She is unbelievably rude to almost every single customer and they get very offended. Honestly, her attitude doesn't make me want to come here but their sushi tastes so good i still keep coming back for more. Their sushi is 5 star! But that girl's service is seriously a BIG (-) minus! read more

I was here June 4, 2019. I ordered a pink dragon special roll. There was a line, not too long, but only 1 person working. After ordered the roll, I waited about 30 mins. Ok. I thought it was something good. But when I got my order, I was like... speechless. I love salmon a lot. That's y I chose pink dragon, salmon on the top. When I look at the salmon on the top of the roll, I can see through the salmon. The salmon(s) were very thin and color of salmon is very light. It doesn't look fresh. Disappointed. read more

Sushi.com located inside the food court in Broadway Mall. Fair sized menu, lots of combinations of sushi rolls and lunch specials. During lunch time, almost always busy. I haven't been here since my college days..loll and since I was in Hicksville, I thought I'd come here for lunch. Ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box.. which was awful. Dried, overcooked strips of chicken, marinated in a teriyaki sauce that tasted funny.. Came with 4 pieces of California roll, fried tempura and a miso soup. I should've settled for Panera Bread or something else. This was a disappointing lunch. read more

I can't believe that this Sushi is so delicious. It's really unbelievable and remarkable that Sushi in a mall could be this good. I actually had to walk up to the chef after my meal and I raved to him about how good the food he prepared was. The sushi was prepared brilliantly with pride and attention to detail. Every facet of the meal was fresh, beautiful, and delicious. I've only sampled about 1/10th of what the menu has to offer and I lay awake at night thinking about what heavenly bite I will choose next. Two of my favourites are the spicy salmon and the spicy tuna. The rolls are so fresh. I haven't seen fresher fish in high-end restaurant sushi! The fish has such deep colors and actually look like they are supposed to. The avocado is so fresh and green, I cannot comprehend how he does it. Don't even get me started on the spicy mayo. It is mayo that is actually spicy and so very delicious. It's light and scrumptious which makes it worthy of being on the masterfully crafted sushi. And all of this for only 4$?! Are you kidding, how can this be possible? The prices are insanely cheap for the kind of quality that you're getting. In any other restaurant, the price would easily be at least 5 to 10$ more. The chef is also able to get this sushi to you after you order in record time. You would think that for this kind of flavor and attention to detail, it would take at least 10 minutes to prepare, but he somehow manages to get it to you so quickly; too quickly for an ordinary person. The chef is absolutely extraordinary! I know for certain that I will be ordering the 99$ platter for my birthday. I believe that Sushi.com deserves a Michelin star! The pride of the work and the quality speak for themselves and should be recognized. read more
