So this was a big step to buy a new pair of pointe shoes again. The Red Shoes is a store I passed by often but unfortunately it was closed by the time I was around. Thankfully today I caught the shop open and I'm so glad I did!! Lilly was absolutely phenomenal. She made the process so much easier with her kindness, patience and knowledge. I cannot stress how knowledgeable, patient and kind she was. I didn't feel judged for being an adult coming in to get a pair of pointe shoes which was a great feeling! She took lots of time to work with me to find the perfect fit for each foot and even showed me all the new ways pointe has become a little more comfortable. From the ouch pouch to clear stretch tips! On top of her great customer service, the price of everything I left with today was extremely fair. Lilly went above and beyond and not only helped me but made me feel welcomed (which from what I remember as a kid, it wasn't always that way in many ballet spaces). I also want to mention her co-worked (unfortunately I didn't get the name) but she was also very sweet too! I highly recommend this store to any dancer, young or old, beginner or expert or someone getting back into a passion they once had. Thank you so much, Lilly! I called Bolsa Gunsmitning and they were very helpful and were able to give me information over the phone. Not once did they act rushed or too busy to help me and they were able to answer every question. They were transparent about what I'd get for my trade-in and the cost of the firearm to replace my trade in. I decided to visit the store and the transaction went super smooth and quickly. I took my test, passed and was on my way to completing the transaction. Justin answered every question with no hint of attitude and was a complete joy to work with him.
