The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, with plenty of opportunities to explore the store while enjoying the activities. The plant pop-up was a nice touch and fit perfectly with Whole Earth's outdoor lifestyle theme. I also enjoyed seeing the updates to the Lamar location, including the refreshed store layout. Whole Earth Provision Co. has always been a great place to find outdoor gear, unique gifts, and adventure-inspired products, and events like this make the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The first time I went I felt like I was borderline being followed around by staff without even being spoken to. The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

While trying on the suits, the associate checked my progress and brought me different sizes and other suits to try based on things I was discovering. I was really pleased with the things she brought to me to try. In fact, it was a selection she brought to me that I ended up purchasing. The selection of two-piece suits offered various degrees of coverage and support. I didn't check out any of the one-piece swimsuits, so I cannot comment on their quality. There were many colors to choose from, but sadly the truly vibrant colors I was searching for appeared to be out of season. Items are sold separately, so it's easy to mix and match items, and even buy two tops with one matching bottom to leave with two swimsuits! While I was browsing, I heard a few people come into the store and leave shortly thereafter. I can see that this would be very frustrating if this was the routine that happened throughout the day. I imagine some people walk in and get sticker shock, so they don't stick around. I mention this because this store sells quality swimwear. If you want to spend less than $20 on a swimsuit, go to Walmart. But this store will sell you items that will hold up longer than one season and stay in great condition. However, after this recent experience, I'll never shop with them again--at least not directly. If individuals on second-hand resale sites are selling, absolutely, to be part of a more sustainable clothing practice, but AE has lost my service until it undergoes a major personality shift. I placed an online order using a birthday promo code and opted for store pickup at the Barton Creek Mall location. The order was supposed to be ready by August 6th. That date came and went with no notification or update. I drove to the store--wasting my time and braving heavy crowds--only to be met with apathetic and unhelpful staff. The associate told me the items had shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number or any real support. She offered to cancel the order and help me shop in-store, but that defeated the whole point of ordering online for convenience. After multiple failed attempts to get help from outsourced customer service, I finally canceled the order and placed a new one to be delivered to my apartment. To my shock, American Eagle used DoorDash to deliver the package--without any prior notice. How they couldn't use the normal shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS is beyond me. I had to rearrange my entire Saturday to wait at home for a courier, which was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional for a major retail brand. This entire process--from poor communication to lackluster customer support and an unreliable delivery method--was unacceptable. It's clear AE no longer values its customers or their time. I'll only buy AE items secondhand moving forward. They've lost my business.

He checked his caller ID and called someone back. Who does that anymore? Someone who cares about customer service. I told him what I was looking for and he knew he had some. He asked me the size I was looking for and immediately began pulling it for me. I arrived and he was ready to help me find the size I needed. I looked around and found something else I didn't realize I needed. He has so much gear, uniforms, etc. If you are looking for something particular I highly recommend calling him. He's now looking for an old unit patch for me. Ed was so nice, helpful, easy going, and funny. Mr. Romeo the shop dog was a cutie also. I'll definitely be back again.

I carefully perused all the sale racks looking for something to purchase - leggings, skorts, shorts, tops, etc. However, I did find any items at the price point I wanted to pay. I did purchase some workout socks. I love their socks for working out. The socks grip your feet and do not slide down into your shoe. Some of my socks that are older, tend to slide down into my shoe, however, Lululemon socks never do this. My issue with socks, in general, is that I cannot always remember where I last put them - in my car, in the dirty clothes, on top of the washer in my sock bag. So, when some of my socks are in sock purgatory, I have more to wear. Lululemon is located inside Barton Creek Square Mall. Lululemon is bright, modern, and designed for a high-end shopping experience. The store offers services such as Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store, free hemming/adjustments, and returns/exchanges. Lululemon offers a wide range of women's and men's activewear, including leggings, joggers, tops, and accessories like yoga mats and belt bags. The store also participates in Lululemon's "Like New" clothing trade-in program, which is great for sustainability-minded shoppers. Staff members aka "Educators" are trained to provide personalized product education and ensure a seamless guest experience. They're known for their expertise and knowledge. Lululemon has premium pricing with leggings often averaging $98+, and tops $60+. I always wait for sales before I purchase items at Lululemon or I may have to break open my piggy bank. Smile.
