With my familiarity from surfing, a used board was my intention. I met Chris, who was extremely helpful. He showed me two used boards and gave me the history behind them. One board was in stellar condition with some wear and tear. The other board had a dent from shipping, which they repaired. I purchased the formerly dented board and he told me that they will fix it if I have any issues in the future. He hooked it up with a great deal. Because we had some kill time, he let us play with the balance board in the shop. He did not mind us bringing our dog into the shop. Lastly, he helped us strap the board to the SUV.
