My bathroom was very outdated and probably hadn't been updated since the house was constructed in 1960. I met with more than five contractors and from the start, Yovel proved he had experience, a point of view on what would work for us, and an easy going manner. LB's quote was fair and they were upfront about potential change orders or other costs that might come up (not surprising for such an outdated bathroom!). Throughout the project, Yovel kept me updated on progress and sought my opinion when different options were available on how to proceed. In one instance, he came up with a great way to cut the tile so I could avoid paying for a whole extra box. The updates were particularly important for me because I didn't stay at the house during this renovation, because this was my only bathroom. I gave me the peace of mind that everything was under control when I couldn't personally be there to oversee things or give input. The bathroom turned out AMAZING and it's easily my favorite room in the house now. I would happily work with them again on my next home renovation.

She offered to discuss the issues and have workers come out to make things right. By this time, but I had encountered the issues mentioned in the first review addendum. I accepted the reimbursement. I still regret hiring S&I to work on my property. I recommend you do you extra due diligence before hiring them. I don't trust their high-star rating.

Robert's estimate was fair and he stuck to his word in terms of price and duration. Fast forward to 2023 and we were considering moving to a new house that we fell in love with but it needed a lot of work. I messaged Robert and asked if he could give his professional opinion before we made an offer to buy it - no problem. Robert was really helpful in the walkthrough and we ended up buying the house, hiring Robert, and working together over several months to renovate the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, stucco, HVAC, you name it. Robert was able to take on all aspects of the project whether it was something he'd do himself, with his direct employees, or with subcontractors that he'd worked with before. We were very happy with how Robert consistently kept the whole home renovation project moving along and with the details he identified throughout. Exceptional Quality and Professionalism!…read more We recently hired Bay Quality Construction for a major master bathroom remodel, and the results are absolutely fabulous. Before choosing them, we carefully evaluated several other top local vendors, based on Yelp Reviews. After comparing their responses, pricing, and project approach, Bay Quality Construction was the clear choice. One of the major deciding factor for us was that some of the other vendors expected us to directly work with the subcontractors. In contrast, Bay Quality Construction managed every single subcontractor seamlessly--we only ever had to deal directly with them, which made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch, but what really set them apart was the experience of working with Diego, Benny, and the rest of the team. From day one, they proved to be incredibly knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of our questions and provided fantastic suggestions throughout the process. Diego, in particular, had some valuable ideas for our linen closet and other design elements that completely transformed the functionality and look of the entire bathroom. He also handled the city permit process seamlessly, which was a huge relief and something I highly recommend letting them manage. Their work ethic is unmatched. They went completely out of their way to ensure every detail met the highest standards. Even the small things didn't go unnoticed--like how meticulously they cleaned up the workspace at the end of every single day. I know Yelp reviews helped us, so I am putting our experience also here to help other viewers make decision.
