Willy was great - communicative, efficient and very high quality work for our interior room job as well as exterior door and windows. Would highly recommend if you want someone great to work with and to get the job done right. read more

I recently got a great exterior home paint job from Willy's Painting. Willy is the owner and he gave me a very reasonable price for the main house and our garage. We have a large, two-story house with wood siding. It was a big job; the paint was starting to fail, cracks and seams, split caulk, luckily minimal dry rot, etc. His team of three tackled the prep in about three weeks and about five days to complete the prime and two coats of paint. Willy is very responsive and friendly and quick to troubleshoot any issues I found and I was very detail oriented. He and his crew work very hard. I would hire Willy's Painting for my future needs. read more

I hired Willy to paint the exterior of my house. The existing paint had been done poorly and there were a lot of peeling strips of paint. There were also small fixes needed such as filling small holes and cracks. Willy provided a quote listing everything his team would do in detail. The team was very conscientious and did quality work. Communication is important to me and Willy didn't disappoint. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered questions promptly. They did a great job and my house looks refreshed! read more

I called Willy after a scam company took advantage of my elderly friend while I was away. Willy repaired the damaged redwood trim and cleaned up the mess they left. His crew cleaned up every day they worked. Willy has painted the neighbors house and my house as well. I knew what to expect and Willy delivered. Top quality lead protection coat, top quality primer and final coat. The 100 year old house looks brand new. Willy's pricing is fair and he doesn't 'nickel and dime' you to death. The bid is the final price in my experience. Thank you Willy for making good of a difficult situation. I felt taken care of and got a great product as well. I highly recommend Willy's Painting and my friend agrees! read more

Willy and his team did a great job painting our church. They were cordial and timely. I highly recommend him. read more

I am so thankful I found Willy's Painting. My 78 year old house had sheets of paint peeling off and rotting wood. It was a mess is an understatement. Willy came in assessed the damage, what was needed, gave us a timeline and an honest quote. His price was in the ballpark of two other quotes. What set him apart was attention to detail, his availability during the project and the high professionalism of him and his crew. They caulked the entire house. It is three stories in the back. They replaced rotten window casings. Then, to help me select the color, he tinted the primer and sprayed a large section to illustrate the colors I was contemplating. He never hesitated to answer my numerous questions. When it is time to paint the interior, I will definitely call Willy. They did a wonderful, through job. Now, I have the prettiest house on the block IMHO. Thank you, Willy! read more

Willy and his team were excellent and very detailed. Our house is wood sided and old, it's 100 years old. So there was a lot of holes that needed to be filled, etc.. I think they spent at least two weeks on prep work and then a week painting the house, we're very satisfied, and will return, but he says we won't need it painted again for 20 years. One of the painter's kids goes to my kids' elementary school, which was fun. read more

These guys are my knights in shining armor. They did such a wonderful job and even allowed me to change the color to a slightly different shade halfway through. They are fast, professional, and they painted and patched extra areas that weren't discussed!!!! I can't recommend them enough!!!! Totally worth every penny. read more

We hired Willy and his team to paint our house because the reviews said he was detail oriented. This turned out to be true! When we bought our house 2 years ago it had been recently painted, but soon it began peeling severely. The home is all wood siding, and the previous painters had not done proper prep work Willy and his team spend multiple weeks sanding and scraping, filling in damaged wood where it could be repair, and even replacing siding where it had rotted. It was a big job, and because deferred maintenance meant some repairs along the way, we were glad to have painters who were detail oriented. Willy communicated clearly along the way, and was patient while we procrastinated choosing the paint company. The crew is friendly and helpful. read more

Willy's Painting was wonderful to work with! Throughout the entire process, they were prompt, courteous and professional. Insane speed! We hired them to paint every room in our house, not only did they make the paint buying process a breeze they also worked incredibly fast. They were scheduled to start on a Wednesday and finish by the Friday. They gave us a shout on Tuesday that they were free sooner than expected and if they could start today instead. We said sure and by Wednesday afternoon, basically when we planned for them to just get started, they were already wrapping up. Will be back to get the exterior of our house painted very soon! read more

Highly recommend Willy's Painting. We are thrilled with the work on our exterior. Very professional. Great value.

Willy and his team were absolutely amazing! They took such care painting my home. The crew showed up every morning on time and cleaned up completely every afternoon. Willy himself was always available to answer my questions and to communicate exactly what I could expect each day. I truly appreciate how flexible everyone was when I made last minute changes. My home is almost 100 yrs old and needed a great deal of TLC. Willy and his team took the time to make sure that all of the necessary prep work was done thoroughly to ensure that the paint job would last for years to come. My house looks brand new! I highly recommend Willy's Painting. I am confident that you will not be disappointed. read more

On time for both bid and day of project. The price was reasonable and the finished job looked great; we hired him to paint a vaulted ceiling (2 colors so a lot of attention to detail was given) and the old paint was peeling off and needed to be sanded. Reliable, fast, highly skilled, and competitively priced. Will and crew painted the interior of my 115 y/o Craftsman and did an excellent job. Definitely recommend! read more

Willy and his crew did a great job on our craftsman home. We had them paint the whole interior, which included a bunch of roughly patched holes as a result of "drill and fill" insulation. They did a nice job patching these holes along with all of the other ones we had created, and the paint looks great. He clearly communicated when they would paint each room, and stuck to that schedule. The whole team was super friendly, and they were able to accommodate us working from home and generally being around (of course we had to be out of the house some of the time, naturally). They covered the floor and furniture, and nothing was damaged through the process. They also converted our kitchen area to being usable at the end of each day, rather than leaving things covered. We ended up using 5 different colors, and they kept track of what should go where and got it all right. There was also kind of a mold situation in the bathroom which they addressed. I would definitely use his service again and recommend his great team. read more

We had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Willy's Painting!!! We HIGHLY recommend that you use this wonderful company for any paint job you may need. From the moment we met Willy we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. We liked him right away. Our neighbors recommended him - and their standards are really high. Plus, we saw that their house looked great after Willy's Painting did their magic! Willy's crew put lots of effort in prepping the house. They scrapped, they replaced damaged shingles, they smoothed plaster where needed and then they primed. Willy and his crew we professional, knowledgeable, reliable and kind. They cleaned up every day. We got quotes from 5 different companies and knew Willy was the right choice for us. We are already planning on having him paint the inside of our house. This was hands down the best contractor experience we have ever had! Our house has never looked better. Hire Willy's Painting!!! You will love the experience as we did. Your house will thank you. Willy and his crew repainted the interior of my 97-year old home and did a superior job. The lathe and plaster walls, with major cracks and peeling wallpaper, required extensive preparation, which they accomplished expertly. After their applying primer and two coats of paint, the walls, trim, and ceiling now look beautiful. All at a very fair price. Highly recommend their quality work. read more

Went above and beyond. We hired Willy's painting for interior after reviewing a few estimates - their price was in the middle. The original quote/contract didn't have a lot of detail but when they came to our house to paint, they did what was in the contract and beyond. They kept our home clean while they were working and we feel excited to have a freshly painted home. Thank you Willy, Esbi and Crew! read more

Willy and his team painted our bedroom and bathroom and we are very happy with the result. The rooms feel like new! Willy was very responsive via text and gave us helpful recommendations during quoting process. it was easy to schedule, and the crew is friendly and professional that worked fast and efficiently. In addition to painting, they also helped smooth out the surfaces by patching a few holes in the wall and removed the residues from old wall paper before painting. We really appreciate that the team did what needed to be done to make the walls look great. They wore mask during project, and cleaned up well after the job is done. You can tell they really take pride in their work. It's also worth noting that Willy and his team stand by their work. We had a follow up question after the job is done, and Willy promptly answered our request. It's always great to find a dependable and knowledgeable contractor. Highly recommend! read more

Willy's Painting - Painters Near Me

Willy's team painted our living room, dining room, breakfast room, bedroom, and study. They were extremely easy to work with -- fast communication, clear info, flexible about paint color choices, helpful with color matching, and then just insanely efficient with the actual painting. The two guys who did the painting (Wilmer and Esbi if I am not mistaken) are deeply experienced painters who treat it like an art form and pay great attention to details. Everything we thought might be an issue (patching a huge hole in a wall that got ignored in earlier plaster repairs, moving blinds, avoiding ceiling fans, painting over a rough layer of latex paint, etc.) was no problem for them. They also nicely helped move heavy furniture and cleaned up dust, etc., meticulously when finished. Lovely people and really appreciated their time and work. read more

Willy and his crew did a great job on my mom's apt building. At the time of painting, I was super busy and couldn't get to check on the progress of the painting and repairs. Willy kept me in the loop in sending me pictures of the progress and any repairs that needed to be done. Any obstacles they ran into, they were able to work around them. I highly recommend them as the price was on point, the quality of the work was outstanding and the communication was great. read more

My experience with Willy's Painting was very good! I have a three unit building which means the painting has to be in compliance with Alameda County and EPA requirements. Willy and his crew were EPA Certified and they did everything necessary to comply. My building is old and needed a lot of preparation work. They did a huge amount of scraping, sanding, patching, sealing and caulking. This is the most important part of a paint job, and Willy's crew really came through in this regard. Not only did it help transform the appearance of the building, but it also made the paint job a good investment. They primed everything and applied two finish coats. I know that my building will be in good shape now for at least 15 years or more. Willy and his crew are very good people and they were always completely honest and straightforward with me. My standards and expectations were high, but Willy always came through and did whatever I asked of him. It was very satisfying to do business with a company that really knocked themselves out to make sure I was happy. Sadly that isn't always the case these days, but Willy and his guys really came through. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the general public, and I will definitely be telling my friends about him. read more
