When we bought our house 2 years ago it had been recently painted, but soon it began peeling severely. Insane speed! We hired them to paint every room in our house, not only did they make the paint buying process a breeze they also worked incredibly fast. Willy and his crew did a great job on our craftsman home. We had them paint the whole interior, which included a bunch of roughly patched holes as a result of "drill and fill" insulation. They did a nice job patching these holes along with all of the other ones we had created, and the paint looks great. He clearly communicated when they would paint each room, and stuck to that schedule. The whole team was super friendly, and they were able to accommodate us working from home and generally being around (of course we had to be out of the house some of the time, naturally). They covered the floor and furniture, and nothing was damaged through the process. They also converted our kitchen area to being usable at the end of each day, rather than leaving things covered. We ended up using 5 different colors, and they kept track of what should go where and got it all right. There was also kind of a mold situation in the bathroom which they addressed. They were extremely easy to work with -- fast communication, clear info, flexible about paint color choices, helpful with color matching, and then just insanely efficient with the actual painting. The two guys who did the painting (Wilmer and Esbi if I am not mistaken) are deeply experienced painters who treat it like an art form and pay great attention to details. Everything we thought might be an issue (patching a huge hole in a wall that got ignored in earlier plaster repairs, moving blinds, avoiding ceiling fans, painting over a rough layer of latex paint, etc.) was no problem for them. My experience with Willy's Painting was very good! I have a three unit building which means the painting has to be in compliance with Alameda County and EPA requirements. Willy and his crew were EPA Certified and they did everything necessary to comply. My building is old and needed a lot of preparation work. They did a huge amount of scraping, sanding, patching, sealing and caulking. This is the most important part of a paint job, and Willy's crew really came through in this regard. Not only did it help transform the appearance of the building, but it also made the paint job a good investment. They primed everything and applied two finish coats. I know that my building will be in good shape now for at least 15 years or more. Willy and his crew are very good people and they were always completely honest and straightforward with me. My standards and expectations were high, but Willy always came through and did whatever I asked of him. It was very satisfying to do business with a company that really knocked themselves out to make sure I was happy. Sadly that isn't always the case these days, but Willy and his guys really came through. Willy did an amazing job. He was timely, communicative through the whole process and great at the work. From the beginning, Willy was willing to put in the extra work to get the job done. We needed the job to begin in 2 days and have it done in 5-7 days afterwards. This is a for a 1125 Sq ft interior with all walls ceilings and trim needing to be painted.
