You choose and pay for the cup at the register before you get your yogurt. Lots of flavors to choose from and lots of toppings. I was excited to find a yogurt shop nearby, but the experience was incredibly off-putting. The decor features a massive, bizarre, and fugly AI-generated political banner and a strange throne. Also, the cashier was eating strong-smelling food at the counter, and there was dog hair everywhere. While the dog was cute, they seemed uncomfy being in such a stuffy environment. I hate giving this review because we are regulars here and they usually have decent yogurt with friendly workers. Even though they run out of yogurt all the time, we still return. We are loyal! My daughter went in today (discount day) and filled her yogurt cup to the rim. The cashier informed her that it was filled too high and she would need to pay the non-discount price ($3 surcharge). I have no issue with this policy when enforced fairly but this was not the case. First, her yogurt cup was full but not too high. It was still able to accommodate a lid! Second (and the most frustrating part of this) was the biased & arbitrary enforcement. I can't begin to count the number of patrons who overfill their cup to the point where a lid cannot even be close to fitting. I NEVER see them being financially penalized for this. Found this place randomly while searching online during a recent visit to the area. While the yogurt itself was pretty good, the service was okay but the shop didn't seem super clean (turns out they've had some health code violations in the past). In addition, there were some unruly, ill-mannered kids hanging around the store who cut in front of us as we were trying to put our yogurt cups together (which also sullied the experience, though not the fault of shop owners). However, as far as the ambience is concerned, it was really obnoxious that the store had a massive wall mural that was political in nature, along with some political bumper stickers strewn about. In today's hyper-charged, polarized political environment, the absolute last thing we wanted to do was visit a shop that has its identity wrapped up in divisive, non-inclusive imagery. We'd driven a good distance to get to this shop and didn't want to go looking for another spot once we got there. DEFINITELY won't be going back to this place any time soon...rather support more inclusive-minded businesses who keep their political views to themselves. read more

They charge by the cup size you use, not weight which is a bonus for people like me who like the heavy toppings like brownies and cheesecake. The only issue here was the place is pretty run down looking and could use a refresh. If you're grabbing Togo you wouldn't mind I suppose, but my family sat there to eat. Slight smell and the tables were all marked up making them look dirty. Mirrors were wiped down but not well so you could see streaks. While I respect everyone's right to express their views, it caught me off guard in a dessert shop. The staff are always welcoming and attentive, specially Mike.l and is always a pleasure to chat with. While the shop displays a political flag, I want to say that this didn't affect my experience at all. I come here for great service and delicious yogurt and that's exactly what I get every time. It's refreshing to see a place where the focus remains on delivering quality, regardless of political differences. Tried this place by accident. My family and I came from San Jose and wanted to have Chinese for lunch. We ate at Chin's next door and it was delicious. My children wanted some dessert and voila! Location is conveniently located next to Chin's Gourmet. Customer service here is amazing and they charge by the cup and not by weight which some yogurt places do. My children enjoyed their yogurt and they have a large red chair that you can take photo and made you feel like royalty! Definitely recommended this place! read more
