Oddly the place opened pretty late during the day at 4pm, so my friend and I waited outside in the parking lot until they were opened. Coming in, we were not greeted or really acknowledged, there was already a line of about 2 people in front of us. The place was a bit old, sticky floors, and sticky tables. I saw the dubai chocolate bars in the display and it looks so good! It was just $10 (a great price) and it was pretty tasty, a bit too hard since it was stored in the fridge, but it was delicious! The chocolate was belgium chocolate, milk version (option to choose dark as well) and the Khafeh was crunchy and I really enjoyed it! Came here for a sweet treat on a Thursday night and there was no line and plenty of tables! The employee - Allen - was so friendly and helped lay out the whole menu for me. He told me his favorite was the chocolate bash which was essentially a crepe/burrito. I ordered that and made it Dubai style- so it had the chocolate, pistachio cream, and knafeh plus strawberries and bananas inside! It was sooo yummy. I definitely recommend. It was on the pricey side at $23 for the crepe but honestly worth it compared to the Dubai chocolate strawberries for the same price. I will definitely be back to try more of their treats! read more

After dinner with the family, my teen and little girl wanted to try the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries and chocolate. We found this place on Yelp and it's a very cute chocolate shop. For warn, it is a bit pricey. It's a good treat for once in a while but price wise, not worth it. Presentation I will say was all very nice and inside was very clean. Staff were super nice and sweet. We ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries, which were very good but what I didn't like was the chocolate was the hard shell one and not just the regular melted chocolate which to me would have been better because the strawberries got stuck and everything was stuck on the cup and hard to get out with a fork. Again a good treat but not worth $18. We ordered a regular Dubai chocolate bar but it's called something else but it was good and very rich. Again price wise not worth it. It was $10. Hubby got a cheesecake with pistachio cream on top which he liked and ate all of it. Lastly my oldest got a crepe and added bananas, strawberries and chocolate on it which was a big size portion and tasty. We all ate some of it and still couldn't finish. I was in Escondido, and I was looking for a spot for something sweet. I found this place on Yelp, and I was super thrilled to know that they have the viral Dubai chocolate bar! It was a rainy day that day, but the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The place is cute with lots of variety of sweet stuff such as chocolate dipped cheesecake and other sweet items. I ended up getting a dark and milk chocolate versions of the Dubai chocolate bars. I love the milk chocolate a lot more because it was sweeter. Went here for the Dubai Chocolate bar and man was it worth it! I got the dark chocolate one, and it had just the right amount of crunch, and the pistachio cream was very good. The chocolate to cream ratio was the right amount and the bar was cute the way they dusted it with gold. I will say the bottom side of the bar was not smooth, a little messy and rough but it didn't matter to me as the taste was what I was looking for. I believe it was $10.99 for a bar. As far as the rest of the items, I saw chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered oreos, and other main stream candy like kit kat. They also have ice cream in the 3 traditional flavors and then you can add mix ins. The cones were also unique as they had flavored ones that were dipped. It's right next to the Regal movie theater and the parking is plentiful. It's not very large in there so not many places to sit. Yesterday it was my first time and I went with a friend to catch up after 2 years not seen each other, after taking a workshop at the Escondido library. I checked on Yelp for a place like that open until late (as it was already passed 6 and many patisseries are closed by then). We got lucky and it was the first time for both. How did I not know about this?? Come support this amazing dessert establishment but be ready to take a nap afterwards!! Caesar is the manager here and so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We had so many questions since it was the first time. He had his favorites and we ended up getting the waffle, half belgium half cookie butter (highly rec), and cookie butter crumbs! Then crepe with Nutella, strawberry and ice cream toppings. Anything with strawberry is GREAT! But the base were amazing as well. There's enough seating and nicely cooled. It took a long time to get our order entered at the register and when the shakes came they were full of ice chips and poorly mixed. To make matters worse, we had to wait 30 minutes for the final shake in our order. When raising the delay we were told "there were a lot of orders that came in." That may be the case, but there was no reason to split the work on our order so that we had to wait for the final drink. While the novelty chocolate sold here is interesting, the experience, taste and customer service were so poor that we will be staying away. read more

So many different options but ended up trying the pistachio chocolate strawberries, pistachio knafeh chocolate bar as well as the pistachio knafeh brownie. Mostly everything that we got was pretty good. Although unfortunately for the brownie, it had such a STRONG dish soap flavor and was really let down since we were really excited to try that one.
