This is located in Downtown Carlsbad on the side of the walkway. The workers are completely rude and on their phones. My friend tried asking questions and they completely disregarded her. When she asked for a fork instead of a spoon, she basically threw it at her. They were out of the "shake". Not sure if this was true or if they didn't want to make it. Instead of giving my friend custard, they gave her strawberry ice cream and said it was custard. We were excited to try this, but you could basically make the strawberry shortcake at home by getting the strawberries, pound cake and strawberry shortcake jelly from the store.
