    The top employee william
    Haiden K.

recently had the pleasure of interacting with William during my visit, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. William's professionalism and friendliness stood out immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience, providing valuable assistance and answering all my questions with a genuine smile. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable. If every employee embodied William's qualities, it would undoubtedly elevate any customer's experience. Five stars for an outstanding service, thanks to William!

Orange chicken, fried rice, and cheese wontons.

I've been on the hunt for a go-to Chinese delivery spot and I finally found it. I ordered dinner through DoorDash with zero issues (sometimes I find DoorDash itself to be slow). I got Orange chicken, fried rice, and cheese wontons. The chicken was delish and I was surprised by how cute the presentation was. It had chopped veggies in the sauce as well. Fried rice was good - there was fried egg in it but no peas or carrots which isn't a big hang up for me. The wontons were super tasty! An overall great experience and I'll be ordering again.

Best hot and sour soup I've had in a long time and great service. I was in there at lunch time. Also good prices.

Only thing is the hibachi steak was dry , flavorless and overcooked completely a waste of money …read more. everything else was great , bourbon chicken , combo lo mein ... also the eggrolls are flavorful less basically a tasteless cabbage roll... this is quite literally the only Chinese place in town, just wish there was more seasoning or flavor .. decent portions

Came for lunch with Mom. They have a nicely priced lunch special as long as you go in…read moreunderstanding this is a pretty bare-bones operation for dining in. Clean and basic, nothing fancy. Lunch is around $8.85 for an entree, fried or white rice and soup. Add $1 more if you want to swap for a salad or an egg roll. I wouldn't do the salad but you didn't need to be told that did you? Come on, this is a Chinese restaurant... don't get a salad! Mom loves the fried crunchy noodles on every table. You will find yourself aimlessly munching them. We got an order of the crab rangoon and that was the best thing we had for certain. My Hunan Shrimp lunch was pretty good. A nice big portion with a lot of steamed rice. I did get the egg roll, which is what you expect from a Northern Kentucky Chinese place. I wanted Hong Kong Chicken - that regional favorite - but you can't get that as a lunch special. They should re-think that. Mom had the BBQ Boneless Spare ribs and, yeah, you shouldn't do that. It looked like a big mess, wasn't easy to eat and she didn't care for it at all. I didn't try it because it didn't look like something I would enjoy. This one is a skip. Service is fast and efficient. They don't mess around here. It's a cheap lunch option and my family also likes it for takeout dinner. Worth a stop but set your expectations.

12-25-2023 First time visit. We had flown in for a vacation…read moreearlier in the day. They were extremely busy on Christmas day. I was quite amazed at how many online orders were coming in. When one comes in, it announces out loud a online order was placed. I think that's a very smart idea. While sitting there I heard at least 15 online orders come in. They do also have a drive thru. The wait was about 45 minutes for the order to be made. They did make everyone aware of the wait time. Their restaurant is tucked in the corner of a plaza. They had about 7 or 8 tables. The inside really needs a total refresh. It's very tired and old. The photos for dishes on the wall are so faded you can barely tell what's in the dish. I ordered the sesame chicken and pork egg rolls. Wife had sesame chicken and crab rangoon. The sesame chicken was average in flavor. The chicken was good. There was plenty of sauce in the sesame chicken, just not rich in flavor. The portion size was very good. My wife commented that the portion size is enough for two meals. The pork egg rolls were the smallest I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The flavor was average. I did encounter some gristle in one of the egg rolls from the pork. The fried rice was decent. Overall, I would say this was simply an average meal, and nothing stood out as rich in flavor or memorable. Based on other reviews, those who are rating the actual food are giving more realistic star averages. It seems those who are rating how nice the people are who own it give much higher star averages, even though they do say the food is average. The staff was very nice and helpful, and extremely efficient.
