Just love this place! Year of the Fire Horse! We celebrate each Lunar New Year at this spot.

I'm new to the area and wanted to have some Chinese food with my parents before they left. While Oriental Wok isn't the most authentic Chinese restaurant, its unique take on traditional Chinese dishes were tasty and occupy a unique medium between traditional and westernized Chinese food. I liked the ma po tofu and faan me beef. The decor is also really cool and the service was amazing.

Mike Wong never fails! We love this place. Chenel is a staple server. Their support staff was all over it. Family owned and operated and one we are happy to support. Food was great. Only critique was the menu was dirty. Somebody didn't do their side work!! Still awesome.

Haven't been here in years as we don't live nearby anymore but it was just as we remember. Potstickers are the best and sauce is perfect. Also had the Hong Kong chicken. Service was fast, server was friendly. Traditional Chinese decor. Will go every time we are in town.

Oriental Wok was an awesome Asian Restaurant we recently found on Buttermilk Pike in Northern Kentucky. It's a very elegant looking place with chandeliers and very nice looking decor and carpet everywhere. Despite how expensive looking the place is the prices for the food were very reasonable (at least for lunch when we were there.) We started with some Crab Rangoon which was some of the best I've ever had (them or Lin's in Cleves). For my main course I got the Sesame Chicken with fried rice and an eggroll. All of it was high level with eggroll being particularly delicious. The service was top notch as well rounding off a superb experience. We'll definitely be back and often.

This was a really neat spot. The inside is very large with fun decorations. Our waitress was on it the whole time with checking on us, refilling drinks. The food was very tasty. I can't wait to give this place another try.

Husband & I stopped in early afternoon on Christmas Eve for lunch. We've eaten here many times & have always had stellar service & delicious food. We were seated promptly and then,, we sat. We waited for someone to stop by our table but it never happened until I stopped a server who was flying past our table so I could order our drinks. Our drinks were delivered promptly and then we sat some more. A young couple who was seated at the table behind us got tired of being ignored and they got up and walked out. I had to stop a server to ask her if she knew who our server was and if so, could she please send him / her over. Once our food orders were finally taken, things improved a bit. Our food was delicious, no complaints there but we were very disappointed in the lackluster service. Our server did stop to check on us once and then the excuses started rolling off her tongue. The kitchen is slammed. We've got a big party sitting over in that section. The takeout orders are backing us up. Blah blah blah. I don't think this type of service would be okay with the Wongs.

This place is so vibrant and is full of decorations and makes you smile. The food is always good even the wonton strips you get on the table. I ordered the scallops with eggplant and green beans. I got six huge scallops and they were plump and delicious. My friend got the five spice seafood Our service was great and the leftovers were delicious

When one comes in, it announces out loud a online order was placed. I think that's a very smart idea. While sitting there I heard at least 15 online orders come in. They do also have a drive thru. The wait was about 45 minutes for the order to be made. They did make everyone aware of the wait time. Their restaurant is tucked in the corner of a plaza. They had about 7 or 8 tables. The inside really needs a total refresh. It's very tired and old. The photos for dishes on the wall are so faded you can barely tell what's in the dish. I ordered the sesame chicken and pork egg rolls. Wife had sesame chicken and crab rangoon. The sesame chicken was average in flavor. The chicken was good. There was plenty of sauce in the sesame chicken, just not rich in flavor. The portion size was very good. My wife commented that the portion size is enough for two meals. The pork egg rolls were the smallest I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The flavor was average. I did encounter some gristle in one of the egg rolls from the pork. The fried rice was decent. Overall, I would say this was simply an average meal, and nothing stood out as rich in flavor or memorable. Based on other reviews, those who are rating the actual food are giving more realistic star averages. It seems those who are rating how nice the people are who own it give much higher star averages, even though they do say the food is average. The staff was very nice and helpful, and extremely efficient.

Ordered green tea, a Jade Dynasty cocktail and pot stickers to enjoy while we perused the menu (including the picture book!). The pot stickers were delicious! More like meatballs inside, served with a I-don't-know-what-this-is-but-it's-delicious sauce. We ordered and were pretty quickly delivered our mains: How Fun noodles (level 2 spice) with chicken and Pepper Beef (level 3 spice). Both were outstanding! The sauces on both were savory and delicious. The noodles were great - not slimy like they can sometimes be but firm yet delicate. The chicken was tasty. The pepper beef was tangy and tender with a nice balance of peppers and onions. Serving sizes big enough for lunch the next day. Vibrant decor made the place really feel alive and servers were friendly and efficient. We found street parking but I assume this part of Covington gets busy on weekend nights so allow a few minutes to find a spot. Bonus tip: stop at DelGardo's down the street and get a couple cannoli for dessert. Perfect end to a delicious meal!

First off, the place has a fun and playful vibe with the kung fu theme, especially when you're greeted by a Shaolin Soccer poster. The service is also A+! Extremely friendly and attentive. The portions are also generous. However......... my tastebuds are baffled. We ordered a hot and sour soup as our starter and it was extremely sweet. It was basically hot sugar soup. If we hadn't put our full order in at the same time as the app, we probably would've paid after the soup and left then. However, we did order and got the szechuan beef, general chu's sesame chicken, and the how fun noodles which we were all okay. Not memorable. I'm leaving one star because the staff and atmosphere were great. I've never been compelled to write a bad review, but I could not get past the sugary hot and sour soup. For $55, I'd really expect more flavor than just sugar and chili oil for all of the dishes.
