Very delicious food. Just sucks they stopped grubhub delivery. Their chicken maifun is the best tasting. Hunan chicken is my hubbys favorite. read more

Have never had a bad experience ordering from them ever. Their food is delicious and they ALWAYS include duck sauce and all sauces in the bag. They have the best dumplings! Absolutely LOVE them! 10/10 always!! read more

Got there just in time to get a lunch special. Was a semi regular when I lived closer. The food is just as great as it ever was. Prices are a bit higher but I can get two meals out of this. read more

Really good food at a very good price for lunch! We had five people from our office go over and order and got out in under an hour.

The service was so friendly and the food was ready in a timely manner. Based on what I heard others ordering there are loads more options than what I saw on the menu. The food was pretty clean tasting - it didn't taste overly sugary and it left me feeling full, but not gross (too sugary, too fatty, too... You know what I mean?!). A couple of large orders fed 5 people. It was a very pleasant experience. I wasn't completely woo'd by the food, but also ordered crowd favorites, not my personal favourites. Would return and try more definitely!! read more

Been going there since it opened. Always loved the fried rice, one of the most authentic I've had compared to other places. .

Amazing service and food. My Favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. Fairly quick service read more

Visited for lunch, good food- kind of a typical Chinese restaurant inside- seemed busy with takeout orders. Seemed clean and quiet, good service. Would recommend- not a fancy restaurant but good food. read more

ordered chicken chow mein and sweet and sour chicken, i got the sweet and sour chicken but no chow mein and received some random bowl of chicken and onions? Very average food and messed up my order. read more

Not worth the time or money to go for takeout only. The menu is extensive but buyer beware.

This is an amazing Chinese restuarant, plagued by it's location. From the road, it often looks closed. It is only closed on Mondays, so if it's past 11 on any given day, yes it is open. It has a great variety of typical Chinese food, and is a better quality than you get at run-of-the-mill places. One combination I like is the shrimp toast and egg drop soup. Definitely try that for lunch. Portions are generous and for lunch you cannot go wrong. If you are in this area, get lunch here. Way better than anything else surrounding it. read more

Always good .. they literally never ever forget or mess anything up .. so good .. this is our favorite place

Just another small Chinese place like thousands others across the country, food is basic and pretty bland. It is ok if you are lazy and do not want to cook or get anything else. read more

Chopsticks is my go to for fast cheap Chinese lunch take out. I have eaten here many times and the best thing I can say is the time it takes they say 15 minutes and that is correct. They have plenty of seating and parking. The food has okay flavor I usually ask for spicy just so I can have a little more flavor. I had the chicken lo mein I get this most of the time. Most of there lunches at under $6 and come with a drink. If your in the mood corn fast pretty good Chinese take out check them out. read more

Please note that this is a take-out place that offers seating. I say that because most of their business is generated with takeout orders based on my observation so you see some of their supplies in the dining room. Location - The place is located near a Kroger's. The food is cheap overall and a worthy buy for those who are local. The meals run $5-10 and appetizers run $3-5. They have an expansive menu with lots of favorites. I followed one of the Yelpers suggestions on items - Chicken Chop Suey, Egg Drop Soup with Dumplings, and Crab Rangoon. I have to be honest and I have had better - but I won't knock this place. The food was satisfying. Food was good (not awesome) Decor - looked cluttered but you can tell they need to be functional Service was good. I will eat here again when I have craving and will try some of my go-to items such as General Tso's, Lomein, etc... Give it a shot (put your to-go order in) ;-) read more

We have been going to this restaurant since 2004. I have never been dissatisfied with them. From lunch with co-workers, to take out on Christmas Day, they are always there and they are always the best. I want to point something out. You may notice that they have changed their dining room experience. They used to seat you and serve you like a normal place. However, due to the fact that they can't get people hired to work for them (they have a sign posted on their front door), they are stretching themselves to the breaking point just to be able to keep up with the take out orders. So now they have to give people food in bags and hand you Styrofoam plates and you have to serve yourself in the dining room. I don't KNOW the people who work here, I only know them from behind the counter, but I have never had a bad experience and I think from what I have seen that they are super hard working people that provide wonderful food. Support our local businesses, Chopsticks certainly deserves it! read more

Today was the first time I have had chopsticks and honestly this may be my new go to carry out! Everything had such WONDERFUL flavor. The portions were huge, staff was so nice, very reasonable prices.I honestly cannot complain about a single thing! We had Chicken lomein, fried rice, crab Rangoons, egg rolls, hot &sour soup and Wonton soup. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! read more

Just visiting from Texas and originally from Florence this was the first time ordering from this restaurant, it was fantastic. Food was fresh, hot and favorable. Will not look any further for Chinese food. read more

Service is absolutely rude! I drive 25 minutes to get here and they treat us like they are doing us a favor to wait on us. Food is good though. Update as of 3-30-19. Rude and grumpy employee hasn't been seen here lately so maybe he's been shown the door? While there is no tableservice, that means there's no tipping necessary! Food is still very good though and quite a reasonable price for a lunch or dinner. I had the chicken broccoli lunch and it's very good! read more

This is my go to Chinese takeout place. We love their boneless spareribs, and their eggrolls. The dumplings, crab Rangoon, and noodles are excellent too. I've never had a bad experience getting food from here, whether it's takeout or dine in read more

My first impression was "oh no, strip mall Chinese!" My second impression was, "OK, this is nicer on the inside than out." My third impression was "oh no, standard overlong same ole same ole cheap paper menu." My fourth impression was "No way, this is the best hot and sour soup I've had since Ken and Jenny (that's what they called themselves, their real names were unpronounceable to most of their customers) from Roselawn went back to Hong Kong 20 years ago!" My fifth impression was "this is by far the best orange flavored chicken I've had in the Cincinnati area." My sixth impression was John Madden, I do that for fun. Conclusion - a great deal on really, really, good food. I'm about to become a regular. read more

Good basic "American Chinese" food. Nothing special. For example, their Wanton soup has good chicken stock and loads of wantons but none of the slivered pork or greens that I am used to. read more

WORTH THE WAIT! When it came to choosing something for dinner tonight, the decision to eat Chinese food was an easy one since we had not had it in a while. We Yelped for options and this restaurant popped up with great reviews. I looked at some of the photos and we headed over to check it out in person. The restaurant is located in a nondescript strip mall next to a Kroger with the name "Chopsticks" across the front of the building. When entering the restaurant, you will notice that the counter is straight ahead with a large menu overhead. The open dining area consisted of simple dining tables, booths and one large table in the center of the room that was ideal for a large group. This place is very popular and therefore very busy so we had to wait a while to place the order to go. I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan combination (white chicken and mixed vegetables), which came with vegetable fried rice and an egg roll. I only eat the inside of the egg roll occasionally but this time I couldn't, because it was too salty. The main dish and rice was nicely prepared with the vegetables retaining their color and crispness. It was very lightly seasoned and the serving size huge so if you like leftovers, you will be very pleased. My husband ordered the General's Chicken Combo and a side of dumplings. I tasted a dumpling and a piece of his chicken and they were both nicely seasoned and delicious. He was very pleased with his choice and managed to eat it ALL! I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future and I strongly recommend it to others. read more

We've gotten online takeout orders from Chopstick Chinese twice and have not been disappointed. Their food is delicious and well made and they have a huge selection to choose from. The prices and wait are very reasonable, especially for what you're getting. The only thing that's less than ideal is their online menu. Both on their website and when you go to order from them online in BeyondMenu, there are very few descriptions for the menu items. You can get a general idea of what's in each item, but the menu doesn't tell you what specific ingredients are in each food (e.g. what vegetables are in a certain dish). Despite this, I've always been happy with everything I've gotten and will continue to order food from Chopstick Chinese in the future. read more

This is pretty good Chinese food for a really good price. The staff is very friendly, and do a good job balancing the takeout and dine-in side of the business. Their portions are a great value for the money. It may be on the dive-y end of casual, but the food more than makes up for the aesthetics. I always get a combination platter, usually Kung Pao, but the bonless spare ribs are also very good (with just the right amount of char on the ribs). Combinations come with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want good food. If it's for a date, and the dive-y nature is a negative, go with their takeout. read more

As many before me, I have ate at these types of quick Chinese restaurants before.. but not THIS restaurant. The portions are large and the food has never tasted poorly. The lunch pricing is the best bang for your buck I have seen in this area. This is my go-to lunch spot as the location is near work. The carry-out service is always on point. It's always ready and I have never had to wait. I don't know much about the dining-in experience but I can always expect my food in "Thank you, 15 minutes." Kudos Chopsticks. Kudos. read more

This is by far the best, and hardest working Chinese restaurant in the Tristate area. The two boys that run the grills are top notch and it shows in the quality in their work. With the help of the two ladies running the front and supply, this restaurant is unstoppable. read more

First off, loving that I can order online so I can keep interaction with other human beings to an absolute minimum. I can't comment on dining in, but, for carry out the experience has always been great. It's always ready quickly, has good portion sizes, and while it is by NO means gourmet, for it's segment of the market the food is much, much better compared to the other Chinese restaurant in the hyperlocal vicinity *cough*chinaking*cough*. I am always willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Chopstick rather than go to the Chinese restaurant that is literally about 3 minutes away from house, the quality is that much better and the service is as well! read more

Good food, good service, genuinely nice people. It is standard Chinese restaurant fare, I wish they had something unique to set them apart other than the fire being well prepared. read more

Server excellent! General Tso's chicken almost all breading and tough, but I was HUNGRY and ate all of mine, my husband (who usually eats all of his order, didn't finish his and complained to me that his rice tasted burned. Food is always amazing and very flavorful. Many of the honest food places we've tried in the area were not really flavorful and just bland.

The staff is very rude, the service is slow, and the food is alright at best. I would not recommend going here at all. Have been multiple times to give them as many chances as possible but every time I get the same experience. Almost impossible to get a refill, and when you ask the staff gets so mad and sometimes even say no. The prices are also a little high. And even after the long wait and dealing with the rude staff, half of the time they mess up your order. Overall, I would go somewhere else before spending your money here. read more
