Very happy with my new garage! I hired OCS to epoxy my floors and install custom cabinets around my laundry. I was able to get an appointment for my estimate very quickly (within a few days), and they turned around renderings even quicker (within a day). I was given a few options but wanted to make some adjustments to make the cabinets bigger and those changes were also turned around to me within a day. I originally met with Jay but when he got sick, Marc took over and was also very responsive and helpful. It took about two weeks to build my custom cabinets so they put me on the calendar for two weeks from the day I signed the contract. They did the floors in about half a day and the cabinets the next day in just a few hours. Very quick, efficient crew. My project was to add a cabinet system and still able to fit two cars inside my garage. I decided to go with OGS because they were able to provide me customized service. After contacting OGS, their consultant Vanessa came to my house to get my garage specs and to provide me with design plans. I appreciated her attention to detail and patience (I had her redesign plans several times). After agreeing to the design plan and price, I waited a month for my selected cabinet system to be installed. I had to take a day off from work to accommodate them. The crew was nice and punctual. All was going great until they discovered that one of the cabinet doors was missing. You figure they had a month to ensure the cabinet order was complete. I decided to call the owner (nice guy) who assured me the door would be ordered & installed in a week. Furthermore, he added that it would only take 15 minutes and would not require me taking additional time off from work. True to his word, the door and installer came back in a week. However, he brought the wrong cabinet door ( I needed a right side cabinet door; not the left one). The installer had to go back and get the right one. Well, this took an hour and half instead of 15 minutes. All in all, I am happy with the results and all the people I dealt with OGS were polite and professional. The reason I am not giving them a 5 STAR rating is because OGS did not have the entire order ready on installation day. Additionally, I did not appreciate OGS bringing the wrong door on their second installation attempt which negatively impacted my work day. One can understand one mistake, not two in a row. For the considerable amount of money one pays, attention to detail is not too much to ask for. read more

Hired OGS to epoxy my garage floor. Vanessa came out timely, confirmed via text beforehand and was very knowledgeable. She had floor samples which helped select the pattern. Two workers came, on time and worked hard to fill cracks, sand, apply epoxy, sprinkles, sand again and then seal. They came at 8, stayed until after 5 to make sure the job was done correctly. We had them install Monkey Bars several years ago and absolutely love the way it came out. My only thing (and maybe because I wasn't around enough) is that I would have liked a little more of a tutorial on how the attachments to the bars work and what options are available. We inquired about installation of garage overhead racks from OGS back in June 2021 and were immediately scheduled for a consultation. Varand provided an estimate for our garage needs, however due to COVID there was delays with their suppliers (but that seemed to be happening with many vendors during the time). I am definitely extremely happy with the result of my projects. I contacted 3 different companies I found in Yelp and so happy landed with Organized Garage Solutions. The initial conversation with Nick was easy and friendly. Another company owner I spoke with (won't mention the name) made me feel like I was annoying him with the questions I needed answers to. But here I felt good and safe asking questions. Yes... They are more expensive than some other companies, but the quality is amazing. First we did the floors. They use Polyurea instead of Epoxy. Yes, also, it is more expensive, but these floors last much longer and the company gives lifetime limited warranty. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable! The consultation was done with Vanessa Melgar who came on time, explained everything with great detail, showed samples and provided a 3D rendering of what our new garage would look like ... honestly, that did it for me. I attached a pic of that also. It was done accurately, as she took measurements of my garage. I asked for a few adjustments, and that process was easy and smooth. The Signature London Gray Cabinets were installed the day after the floors were set in place. The guys who came to work on the cabinets took great care of the floors and installation. As you know many walls often are crooked... and with no exception so were ours. So imagine what they had to go through to make everything even and uniform on wavy/crooked walls. As you can see in the pictures, both projects turned out great! I am very happy with the work and have gotten a lot of compliments already! Oh! WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It's an embarrassment that I lived with a mess of my garage for so long. I bought my house eight years ago and, like a lot of folks, whatever didn't find inside the house got shoved in the garage. In other words, it was a hob-nob of a mess. I want to thank Jay and his wonderful company for the amazing work they did on the Garage floor in our brand new House! For starters, I Initially had the Expoxy put on my floor, but I soon learned that it was not done correctly. The floor had not been properly prepared, which led to cracks in the Expoxy paint. I was very disappointed and frustrated with what I saw, so I began looking for other companies that specializes in doing the work on Garage floors, and that's when I came across the advertisement of Jay's company, Organized Garage Solutions. The two young men who came to our house didn't waste anytime. They took up the previous Expoxy paint by grinding the floor. After the proper treatment, they began to paint the floor with the Polyurethane, and in no time they transformed my garage floor into a beautiful piece of work. I mean it is absolutely gorgeous! Polyurethane is significantly better and more durable than the Expoxy coating. It will not fade, turn yellow, or crack. While it cost a little more, it is very much worth the sacrifice.
