Allen is great as an owner. The website is absolutely beautiful with the prices to help customers. The mom is getting more and more beautiful each year. The nail techs are great they listen and do there best to provide what you request. This is my favorite place the atmosphere is beautiful and calming. It's a true top of the shop

I visited Organic Nails based on the recommendation of a friend. I have never gotten my nails done, but wanted to since I am getting married on Wednesday. When she was putting the acrylic tips on, she had me put one hand under the UV light, but not the other hand. I asked about it, but she said it was fine. I don't know much about nails, but this seemed odd. I also noticed their nail files were very worn and dusty and the overall work station was not clean. They were out of the color I asked for, the nail tech doing my nails suggested a few colors which weren't what I wanted (hot pink rather than a peach color to coordinate with my bouquet). She looked more and came back with this bubblegum color. I admittedly have a hard time saying no to people, but I did say I didn't think it was quite right. She seemed very impatient and insisted that it would look perfect and started to paint it on. Overall, the color was not what I wanted and will not go with my bouquet, the color is blotchy and not applied well, she got gel/acrylic on my skin in a lot of places, and it felt uncomfortably dirty at her work station. I get that they were busy and in a hurry, but I would rather they told me I would have to rebook my appointment than rush. I came home in tears and am looking for somewhere to have them redone. I will not be returning to Organic Nails.

Pink nails were the first time I came here and it was fine Second time was notWasn't a good experience. My sister loves this place and has a favorite technician. My nails look great but the customer service was bad. My technician nicked my skin twice and I told her that was painful and she kept going. Not the best experience

Ugh I wanted to love so bad as it's so close to my house and have been 2 other times and really loved my service. This time I left bleeding and with nails all different shapes, thicknesses, dip stuck to my fingers and all sorts of lengths This time there was some miscommunication around the shape and I will own that I was not clear. I tried to communicate I wasn't a fan of the shape before she got too far and showed pictures of what I was looking for but she kept getting more and more frustrated when I tried to explain that they were not straight and finally I gave up. Someone did try to come over and help but at this point there was so fixing it. I did not want to be rude and hurt her feelings I know she was doing her best but I felt that once she was frustrated she just rushed me out of there and I left unhappy. Just wanted my nails done for my bday.

my sisters frequent this place, and I came from out of town. I was shocked that I paid the same as a luxury experience in San Francisco but was left with this. No nail trim, no cleaning under my nails, no work on my cuticles, and getting smacked on my hand like a little kid and being told not to move. Whereas in sf I get all this plus a moisturizing mask, scrub, massage, paraffin mask for $5 less. 3 stars because the place was clean and my sisters liked their nails!

I was referred here by a customer of mine and wow just wow. The staff incredible i called and made a same day appointment for a dip mani and i thankfully got with Paula and she had the nails i wanted and she had me soaked and freshen up with perfect well shaped well trimmed clean nails that I love she took her time to understand how i wanted my nails and that i was not happy at the last place i went to by my home. I will certainly be back and have Paula take care of me again.

I've been here twice and have had nothing but a good experience each time. I don't usually get my nails done because of the price and I hadn't found anyplace I really liked. I went here with friends for the first time two weeks ago. They great you when you walk in and seat you fast. They ask you what you're getting done and even ask if you have pics for reference. Everyone is friendly and they tell you how much you will be charged before hand (which personally I like) so that there are no surprises. And the have a rewards program. Say less!!!!! This is now my nail shop of choice

I went there today after my flight landed and I needed to kill time before hotel check in. Firstly I paid for a more expensive pedicure that lasted only 30 mins. It's was so rushed and I was confused why I was done before people who came in before me. Then I went to get a manicure. She had an attitude and immediately started to take the steps for dip. No cleaning, cuticle trim, nail shaping. These are the basics for a manicure. Anyway she ended up cutting my nail and I was bleeding. What is shocking is that I despite the bleeding, she just rinsed the clippers after me AND poured back my excess dip into the actual dip container for some one else to enjoy. My pedicure is awful. It looks like a hack job I tried on myself and they never bothered to remove the old previous color properly. Will not be coming back. I should add I am a cancer patient and horrified at the lack of cleanliness. Don't go. Also it's a rip off

I am sooo impressed with Jennifer from Organic Nails !! I've getting my nails done professionally off and on for over a decade. But for about 2 years I had stopped because I couldn't find a salon that I really liked ( I'm pretty picky). Jennifer's dip application was perfect ! I literally cannot find a flaw in my nails ! I was soo impressed by her sills that I booked another appointment in two weeks. If you're thinking of trying Organic Nails please do! 10/10 would recommend

This salon has such a wide variety of colors that I'm pretty sure they have exactly what color you want in 10 slightly different shades. That and the great reviews is what drew me in. I scheduled an appointment, chose my color and sat down. The tech was nice besides taking phone calls the entirety of my service. I'm not sure if it was her being distracted on the phone or if she just needs more practice but my dip is so lumpy that I would just take it all off if it hadn't cost $50. In the middle of each of my nails, it dips down like a valley and then goes back to the same thickness at the free edge that it is at the base. I had really high hopes for this salon but the outcome just made me sad. I'm sure other technicians have a better application but I don't think I'll be back to find out. read more

The worst salon ever ! I had went for a gel pedi and an sns manicure. I got my pedi done and they didn't have the same color in dip so I changed and did gel instead. The tech did a bad job and I called in and spoke with the owner Allen. He told me to go back and he will fix it. I went back and this rude unprofessional guy was there and told me Allen was not there and that he can't help me. I told him that I was unsatisfied with the work and he laughed and said everything is fine he won't do anything. Some how magically Allen came and said he can only shape it. I felt so disrespected. The guy was yelling and talking in Vietnamese about me. He then said he will give me my money back and I can go else where . Disrespectful and unprofessional and I would never recommend this place. They need to teach their workers and themselves how to deal with customers. Speak English because it's rude as fuck to speak about us we know you're talking about us. If there was a negative 5 star I'd give it a negative 5 read more

My appointment was at 10 a.m. on Saturday. I came there at 9:50 a.m. thinking that appearing 5-10 min prior to my appointment was well-mannered. Doors were locked. Had to wait in the car until 10:05 when the first girl showed up and unlocked the door. The specialist who did my nails was 7 minutes late, but she didn't apologize, and neither did the administrator. I had to choose the color from the pallet. It appeared after a long search, they did not have the one I picked out, so I had to choose another one. They luckily had this one. Then I was given a bowl with cold water to soak my nails in it. The edges of the towel on which the bowl was standing were torn, and I could see long threads hanging down. In a minute or two, the specialist started ripping off my cuticles. She literally ripped them off instead of just cutting them. It was very painful, and my fingers were bleeding. I was told it's my fault, because my cuticles were just too dry. To cauterize the wounds she used liquid that made my fingers burn. I was offered to wash my hands, and I did, and after I found no paper towels to brush my hands, I was brought a pile of them right to the table where i was sitting. During the entire process the manicurist was asking me personal questions, for instance, how old I was, how old my husband was, whether I had dated anyone prior to marrying my husband, and so on. She explained that she just wanted to know more about my culture. I still don't understand how whether I had dated (mean had sex) anyone before I got married represents my culture. The shellac I paid $30 for started peeling off in a week. I was able to just pry it. My nails under it were damaged and scratched, the cuticles were burnt with the horrible liquid she used, and it took me 2-3 weeks to make my nails look normal again. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to go there. read more

Oh My Goodness!!!! This is Hands down (pun intended) the most amazing experience at a nail salon that I have Ever had! I had a nail salon cancel last minute on my Medi / Pedi for my engagement photos and I was panicking to find a replacement. Another nail salon technician recommend me to Allen. He was more then willing to fit me in as his last appointment of the day after I got off work and allen made sure to take care of me. My nails turned out amazing! If you looking for a new salon or really need your nails to look amazing YOU NEED TO COME HERE!! The atmosphere was so uplifting and friendly. The ladies there chat like family and you leave feeling like you made new friends and your nails looking like a million bucks! The prices are really comparable and affordable. There maybe a bit of a wait but absolutely worth it. Seriously, just go! Give it one try and you won't be disappointed !!! Allen does an amazing job! They take their time and make sure that everything is exactly to your liking. From nail length to shape to color to the details of the designs, they are checking in with you every step of the way. The tech who did my beautiful nails this time around was so patient and careful. I really regret not catching their name. I got Gel X nails done in an almond shape with designs. They took the time to mix colors to give the stems more depth. The stems!! Even I wasn't thinking about the stems. It really shows you how passionate they are about their craft. It's situated in a really convenient location. It's a really big and open space, so you never feel cramped. They recently did renovations, and it's got a very minimalist feel to it which I love. Whoever is on aux deserves a raise because it's always so fun in there. My absolute favorite place to get my nails done!

They were in the middle of their remodel when I first visited last time, and this time it was all beautifully finished including the massage chairs! Before, I just got glittery leopard shellac or gel on my natural nails. It was a red gel base with a gold glittery top coat which made it look orange which was perfect for fall/Halloween so it was a awesome accident! This time I decided on acrylic with gel polish for the holidays! Michelle and Kevin helped me the most and drew my designs for my holiday themed nails. Michelle did the snowflakes and Kevin did the candy cane stripes! I didn't even book a appointment this time so I was blessed that it all worked out so well last minute! They are consistent with their perfectly drawn designs which is one of the main reasons I've decided to continue visiting here! Remember to please tip them well for their quality hard work!

Tom did moms nails, her comment was "he's so meticulous, it's like he's an artist". He really cares, you can tell. Mom smudged her par-dry nail getting into the car & they came out to the lot to fix her nail in the car. Moms mobility issues would have just led to another smudge if she tried to go back inside, so it was much appreciated that they came out to help us. Diane did my pedicure. The sugar scrub is an extra $5 but was only an extra 30sec rub of the leg. Look at the polish after 1 day, the polish came off. Why do I see the under color? I sat there 30 minutes for this to dry . Ok let's talk about the viral Vietnamese denigrate, when they talk about you in Vietnamese. People usually don't think I'm Vietnamese but that is no excuse to talk about people. I came to spend my hard earned $$ on a service that I can do myself. Beside that point there are lots of places I can go to get my nails done. I don't appreciate someone saying that I'm cheap or difficult by the way I look. This was not even a straight face expression, it was in a language that they thought I didn't understand. Yes I am talking a bout Vietnamese.
