I did some research ahead of time, but after chatting with Brian at SDHS, I knew I found an honest dealer that I felt very comfortable moving forward with. Transparency from the beginning coupled with excellent customer service was our experience. We were walked through every aspect, given options, and ultimately went with the floor model. NO REGRETS! From the excellent delivery coordination with the store's team and Bob's Crane, to the follow up after we were up and running, the process was smooth. I use it most days, love every minute of it, was never misled and if we ever move, I WILL go through SDHS again. It's a pool, a treadmill, hot tub, happy place. If you're on the fence, go for it! Our Salesperson, Lance Trzcinka had years of experience and expert knowledge on all aspects of traditional and salt water spa systems. Lance provided continuous, expedient service for us from the beginning (trying to decide which hot tub would suit us best) and throughout the entire purchasing process, to delivery, to after installation! Lance was immediately available to answer all our questions, and didn't mind repeating what he taught us in the beginning! We recently enjoyed our first soak in our new Caldera Spa, and were so completely satisfied with the relaxing results! Lance and Bernardo were both available to help us through this journey and without their attentive help, the experience of purchasing and installing a salt water spa will bring us years of enjoyment! Great purchase, and highly recommend the service at The Spa & Patio Store! Thank you again Lance!

The hot tub itself is everything we hoped for--energy-efficient, durable, and incredibly comfortable for two people. The hard cover design is a game-changer, making maintenance easy and keeping the heat in, which helps with energy savings. The E2 model is really the only model that would work for our small patio. Beyond the quality of the spa, we were extremely impressed with the team at Eco Spa West. From our first inquiry at the San Diego Home Improvement Show, where we met Brad and Mickey, to the final installation, their customer service was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions, helping us choose the perfect spa for our limited space. The installation process was seamless--despite having only 4 inches of clearance beyond the required space, their team navigated the setup flawlessly. They ensured everything was positioned perfectly before leaving, demonstrating both expertise and attention to detail. The options to run the spa with 110v makes this spa one of the few options if you don't have a 220v circuit. While the spa does run adequately on 110v it does take time to get up to temperature using the economy setting. I would recommend using 220v power. If you're looking for a high-quality, eco-friendly spa backed by outstanding service, we highly recommend Eco Spa West!
