I've been in 3 times for issues with my cheap android, (from that huge online co that delivers almost every day) Connor helped me with the 1st two visits, and yesterday James stepped in and found where I had messed it up. They are truly the nicest people, helpful, pleasant and smart. All that, and no charge. Thank you!! read more

Compared to other phone repair shops I called, Orange was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping to diagnose my iPhone's issue. Conor asked me to bring the phone in so he could assess the situation more thoroughly. He said there would be no charge to examine the phone. His diagnosis of my phone was similar to that of AppleCare I had previously contacted. And there was no fee. I recommend trying them out if you want an honest evaluation of your phone or iPad. read more

I met Connor there he's a great person. I was approached respectfully and he gave me great advice from which of the devices they had for sale and I love their prices! I'm in college and working through to save money and this store gave me a phone and case for literally 3x the price cheaper! I'm loving my new phone and cant wait to come here again! I know Christ is blessing Connor he may not see it but I see how great he's doing and I just met him today and pray for him that continues to make customers smile and help them as much as he did to me! Thank you Connor!! read more

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is a great place to go and get help with your phone issues.

The people that work at Orange phone are friendly, professional, fairly priced and honest. It is wonderful that that you feel good about walking into to get help, rather than fear you're being taken advantage of. read more

I've gotten all of my family's phones from Orange and will keep coming back. They are friendly and honest, and take the time to explain things. Diego was exceptionally kind and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store. read more

Walked in with my iPhone with damaged display, cracked screen. left 30 minutes later with new screen, phone looks like new. also bought a new screen protector and a bumper case while there, total was $208, which is very reasonable for a wait-while-repair. was out the door and back to work with my fully functional, protected phone. kudos to the team! read more

Had my sons I-phone with a shattered screen repaired and the cover on my I-phone replaced. They did mine while I waited and I went and ran a couple of quick errands while they fixed my sons. Easy peasy and done in about 1 hour. Nice people with fast service, Will use again if I need their services. read more

I really appreciate the care and confidence of the technician when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am so happy that I walked into his shop! My iPhone was fixed in a very relatively short amount of time and I was back on my way! read more

broke the glass front on my iPhone 6 Plus... again. I was visiting my parents from out of town and decided to check this place out. I was greeted by two professional and friendly young men. They told me the cost ($170) and to come back in 30 minutes to pick it up. They were very laid back (no receipt upon drop off, etc.), which made me kind of nervous at first... but it wasn't a problem at all. When I returned my phone was in like-new condition and the price was extremely reasonable (considering I paid almost $220 for the same repair at another business before). I HIGHLY recommend this business if you are seeking a similar repair. read more

I can't say enough about these guys. I changed the battery myself on my iPhone 4S, but there was a problem with the battery I bought online. It crashed the phone and nothing I did, hard resets, put old battery back in, or try a 2nd replacement battery could get the phone to turn on. All I could get was the Apple logo. I saw an ad in Craigslist for a used AT&T iPhone 4S like mine for about $120, so I went to the store to buy a new (old) phone. The guy working there (I wish I had gotten his name) told me it would be cheaper if he tried to fix it, and after about 20 minutes the phone WAS BREATHING AGAIN! He checked it out and it was working just fine. I asked him how much I owed him and he said "does $15 sound OK?" That was so far above ok, I couldn't believe it. I was prepared to spend more than 10 times that and he knew that. These guys seem very knowledgeable and VERY ethical, and put their customer's best interests in front of there's. I told them I was going to send all my friends to them, and this is my way of doing it. PS: I also found out that they would have changed the battery for me at about the same price I paid for a new battery and the micro tools needed to take the phone apart. Live and Learn! read more

Great place. Honest staff. They thought they fixed my phone but the issue ended up being something else and they would not let me pay anything for the service they performed or battery they replaced because it didn't fix the issue. They had a lot of used phones for sale also. We will definitely use them for all of our phone needs moving forward. read more

Great people working here, fair and upfront about how they can help you with you're smartphone needs! Highly recommended!

I discovered iCare when my daughter needed a replacement iphone, and I wasn't going to pay the ridiculous price a new one cost, nor was I going to risk buying some stolen phone at a "bargain" price online. I was blown away by the knowledge of all of the employees who work at iCare, but I was also blown away by the fair prices they charged for the products they sold. I was happy enough with that purchase, but I also happen to have two kids addicted to all things Mac. They also like to damage all things Mac...sigh. I was SO happy to learn that iCare not only repairs iphones, but they also work on ipads, macbooks, etc. EVEN WHEN OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES SAID THEY WOULD NOT! The service at iCare is OUTSTANDING, friendly, and best of all - COMPETENT! The short version of this review is this: If it involves Mac products, save yourself some time, money, and frustration and take it iCare FIRST! read more

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and a great warrantee!! 1000 years! Amazing!

I love this store! Once you walk in and meet Boyd you know you are in the right place. He is a young guy who is serious about earning your business. ICare has all the phones that the guys down the street have but at much better prices. This is an honest business with a strong business model. They have earned all my business! read more

I really don't care much about this place. It may be the lowest in town, but the quality is not the best. They say that it's 90 day warranty and when something happens they claim they are not sure; instead ask the consumer what they did wrong. I'm sorry I think this place is a rip off. I don't even want to get started on the price of their used phones. read more

They have always been fair and willing to help with anything. If you need a new phone or phone repair, go here. They do not try to up sell you on anything. They will gladly explain anything you ask. This is by far the best place in Gainesville! read more

This place rocks my socks off! Boyd & Jordan are friendly & competent. Would recommend every time!!!

He broke one of my phones, was working completely fine when I brought it to him. A 5s with just a broken screen but I had been using it for days. Then after he touched it, it had a blue screen when booting up and so I took it to Ubreakifix and they showed me how he put the screws in the wrong spot and tore a hole in the motherboard. Only an amateur would do that. I'm forever taking my phones and tablets to Ubreakifix. read more
