After having made the mistake of going to Metro by T-Mobile location in town (I mean, it has T-Mobile right in the name... you would think they would work on T-Mobile phones, right?) I made my way over to the actual T-Mobile location more towards the center of town. I got in there, no issues, and just had to wait a couple of minutes for an associate to come free to work with me. Jenn was able to work on my phone with a small tool and clean out the charging port (USB-C) of accumulated lint and dust from my pockets over the two years that I have had the phone, including a very stubborn bit that took forever to coax out of the port. My eyes are no longer that great, but she was able to get my phone back in perfect working order! Great work there, and I will happily head back to this location in the future.
