Do not use an AT&T fiber plan if you want to keep your landline. We had the installation, bought new phones for accommodate the new system, but they never worked, and AT&T abandoned us. The simply stopped returning our calls. We switched back to COX. We wasted a whole lot of time waiting for technicians who promised to fix the problem, but could not - or in one case- simply didn't show up. read more

We went in to our local store in Blountstown to exchange my phone for a free new phone. After a month went by our big was HUGE. The phone credit was not on our bill. After contacting The Manager we were told that a employee has been suspected of stealing phones since we were not the only customer with the issue. Instead of being fired, THEY TRANSFERRED HIM TO ANOTHER STORE.WE ARE OWED 1000.74 DOLLARS AND HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THE COMPANY SINCE JULY. We were told the company sent footage showing us taking our phone which makes no sense since it was an exchange/upgrade for free.Why would the employee give us back our phone?It was an exchange for a free upgrade and that means you keep the phone. So far we have found out you can steal from your company(straight from the mouth of the manager)and just be transferred to another store. read more

I love this store! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Staff is always so friendly and helpful no matter the issues! Have had issues at other stores but I can't say one negative thing about this store! I live in Virginia and come here when it's time to upgrade or call them when I have service/tech issues! I went to AT&T looking to simply switch my plan and I ended up walking out with a brand new iPhone because of how helpful they were. The employees were able to quickly help me and believe it or not it only took about 30 minutes for me to come in and leave with a new phone. Most of the other phone stores I go to takes a very long time to process information and get you a phone. This AT&T store works fast and with smiles on their faces. They were able to help me change my plan and also get me the best possible deal for my new phone. As a disclaimer, if you go on a weekend you'll likely be waiting much longer than I did. read more

When I first signed up for AT&T services with Sophia from the Gainesville florida location 6114 NW 4th PL. She informed me that I was NOT able to make an account with AT&T,this was after waiting FIVE hours in the store to set up a wireless account and then days later the account was approved and issued to me. When I went back to that same location to receive the devices AT&T was billing me for Sophia acted as if she had never worked with me before and avoided and interaction. A lovely gentleman came to assist me named Eric and informed me that even though this was not my mistake I would have to go out of my way to try to delete this account along with the false charges towards my account. I then went to the bank and stopped the payments through there and then when back to the same location and Eric told me he would delete the account and he did NOT. This issue did not get resolved until Dec 23rd even though i went to set up this account originally on Oct.14th. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER. The AT&T service is amazing in my area just this location in particular is cruel and completely unprofessional and did not own up to making the mistake they just kept apologizing but did NOTHING ! I wished I've seen these reviews before going there. This place is terrible. I ordered a wireless plan and sold an additional TV direct plan on the premise that it doesn't count against usage. Turns out it does. Still, I went to the store and paid an additional $75 to get 8 GB more. They charged me but the credit never appeared. I called at&t customer service, they said they cannot help me because this can only go through the store. Called the store, they said they cannot help me I have to call at&t. I was told by AT&T cellular that I could return a phone that I purchased through them through the mail at the store. I have called the store three times already & nobody answers. I just spoke to a very rude woman named "MIRACLE" at the AT&T call center who told me she was at one of their answering facilities, and that I would just have to call back at a later time because they must be busy. This is after I spoke to the second person who told me he would have someone from this store Call me back in a few minutes. That was 30 minutes before that. Then the first one actually told me to call back again. So three people J have spoken to already but NO ONE at this store! This is par for the course with AT&T. I sold my car so am in the process of purchasing a new one $ Therefore I have to walk to the AT&T store to return the phone. I will not return it through USPS and it's ridiculous that they would even ask anybody to do that. Verizon doesn't even offer UPS so you can actually track the device etc. etc. The fact that I was finally told I could return this at the store is ridiculous especially after I've been on the phone with them since I got the phone six days ago trying to figure out how I can return it. Now I get the phone number to this store in Google but I can't get anybody to answer at this location and I'm definitely not going to walk all the way over there if nobody can even answer the phone to tell me whether they can take care of this transaction for me. I have had nothing but problems with AT&T and apparently the store does not have competent people or they would actually be answering their phone. Why I have a phone number if you're not going to answer it? Just like AT&T to give you the runaround. It's their second best thing next to the old bait and switch. This store gave me a Motorola Bravo for free with an upgrade. However, it is run pretty bad and the sales people really are not very knowledgeable. The manager offered to match a web deal for the Motorola Bravo: free with two year upgrade (plus an $18 upgrade fee that AT&T always charges). I got to the store 10 minutes before closing, thinking the purchase would be quick and painless. Wrong. First the sales guy had problems with phone. The paperwork and whatnot took forever. They had all kinds of problems transferring my phone numbers and other technical problems. I was there almost an hour after closing. The night manager rushed me out without verifying my phone was working. He locked the door and closed shop...then I realized my phone was NOT working. I had to bang on the door for minutes to get someone to come out and fix the phone. Not cool. Additionally, there were features that were installed that the sales guy said came with a 30 day free trial. They did NOT. I had to argue with customer service to get a refund. Double not cool. The only reason they didn't get one star was because they did match the web-sale. But if they didn't, I wouldn't have gone to their store to begin with. read more

By mistake I deleted my contacts, after the sells person tried to help the Manager got involved and tried to help they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Told me to go to Best Buy or another place on Archer road. After going to Archer road and having the two places that I was told to check with laugh and say they do this all the time, I was told to call AT&T direct. I did and with-in ten minutes I had my contacts back. Contacted the Manager who was very rude when I called to let him know that they could have done a better job. I have reached out to the district manager. I have owned a business for over 17 years, and I have always used AT&T for my business, Home and Cell phone I believe this will change. Went into the AT&T company store to inquire about upgrading my service. Walked in and was greeted within 5 minutes by the assistant manager. I told her the reason for our visit. She had a tablet in hand and put my first name and phone number in it then told us one of the 'experts' would be with us shortly. Then she walked away. We were next in line so just wandered around the store. We waited for about 20 minutes and said screw it and left. I really just had some questions that I wanted answered since the website wasn't really clear. The time we were there, the assistant manager just greeted people and put them on the list/in the queue then just stood around. Never tried to actually help anyone. Remember, she was the assistant manager. The store is nice and has an open concept, however, with the wait times, they only have 2 chairs. By the time we left, there were 4 people in line behind us and people were sitting on the floor against the wall. Even though they had my name and phone number, of course, no one bothered to follow up or anything. Been a customer for 9 years and can count on one hand the number of times I've contacted AT&T either in person or over the phone since that time. Left the store quite frustrated. I don't have a land line or use AT&T, but for the second time one of their service trucks parked in my front yard and turned it into a mudbog. This time he had to call a wrecker to pull him out. The wrecker also got stuck and between the two trucks created a 30'by 40foot section of devastation where my yard used to be. He got away the first time without talking to me about it, this time I was able to tell him not to park on my property after seeing what he had done. He didn't say he was sorry and seemed unconcerned. I'll be installing spike strips to make sure this never happens again. read more

Although there are currently only bad reviews on this store, I just want to say how courteous, patient, and kind the staff at this AT&T store were to myself and the others I could hear and see helping during my visit this evening. Blake was very informative as to my options and took the extra time to explain everything to me. 15 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night and clearly understaffed, he could have rushed through my questions or told me to come back at a scheduled time, but instead took the time and extra effort to answer everything I had to ask. read more

I am so disappointed in this location. My family have been loyal customers of AT&T for over 12 years. Typically they have provided great customer service. This is why I am even more upset about my parent's experience at this location, specifically with the salesperson, Ben. He misled my parents about what the phone insurance included and offered a deal that was not even remotely beneficial to our family. I understand his job is to sell, but I also expect him to have a conscience and not prey on the customer by suggesting an expensive plan that the customer does not need. In addition, he told them they were registering their iPad for the insurance but in reality, he activated their iPad for service which included a pricy activation fee in addition to a monthly fee under a contract! My parents did not agree to this contract or want their iPad activated for service. They have now spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer support trying to get this issue resolved. No one has time for that. If you walk into this store, do not work with Ben. He is not trustworthy. read more

These folks stepped in to help when one of their "resellers" in Alachua was totally unprofessional. The staff here was most gracious and worked through the problem, even though is was not of their making. They may be busy, hence slow referenced by other reviewers but a can do attitude and a customer service focus goes a long way toward offsetting any wait. Four stars! read more

Called in to verify that I am eligible for an upgrade and to make sure that there would be no problems before I drive all the way down to the store and "The Store Manager" let me know that I could not be given that information over the phone that he would have to see my driver's license to verify that he was able to give me my account information.
