After having made the mistake of going to Metro by T-Mobile location in town (I mean, it has T-Mobile right in the name... you would think they would work on T-Mobile phones, right?) I made my way over to the actual T-Mobile location more towards the center of town. I got in there, no issues, and just had to wait a couple of minutes for an associate to come free to work with me. Jenn was able to work on my phone with a small tool and clean out the charging port (USB-C) of accumulated lint and dust from my pockets over the two years that I have had the phone, including a very stubborn bit that took forever to coax out of the port. My eyes are no longer that great, but she was able to get my phone back in perfect working order! Great work there, and I will happily head back to this location in the future.

In my area of Hawthorne, FL there is ONLY AT&T broadband wifi available. We have bourne this burden of low speed, constantly out and inconsistent, over priced internet for over at least 15 years. BUT NO LONGER!! Instead of paying the ridiculous price of $60+ a month for something that only allows us to barely use one TV and you cannot connect a phone to while you're watching TV because the internet speed is so low, (it will lag and nothing works) (not to mention we're only allowed a certain amount of usage or they charge is for the overage)... We now have UNLIMITED truly high speed access that we can hook several devices up to at once with NO LAGGING! We also never have to worry about our internet going out because it's being sent via the closest 5G tower (not very far from us at all!) and we may even decide to swap out phones over to T-mobile as well, not only because they have equal or MORE coverage now than we have had, but that we have access to TONS of hotspots, we get a really good discount since we're over 55 (Which was the flattery part when he was naming off the phone plans and I said oh! That's us! We're both 55+. To which he replied, "You can't be. You don't look any older than 45-46 at the most!". Which was nice of him to say, but I'm not buying it lol) 2 phones at 5G, both unlimited usage and it's less than what we've been paying for years! It's only $90. The best news? We can trade our phones in for brand new iPhone 14s for no cost to us. Amazing! I highly recommend you check them out! (Pssst...ask for Mike. He's a knowledgeable guy and so very nice)

It looks like it's in shambles, the store is BARELY maintained and you can tell the only thing the boys (not men, BOYS) who work there is wipe counters occasionally and maybe vaccume when they remember to glance away from their phones. The manager is a joke. He knows how to silver tongue talk his way into getting you to buy a phone but he is overwhelmingly rude. The other guy with him was EVEN MORE RUDE. They were both disrespectful and honestly a waste of my time (which I'm not even claiming is precious because let's be honest... It's really not.) The guy with glasses was really nice and Angel was literally an angel. I don't understand how any one else in that location but him is even the manager. I walked out with a phone because of him and him only. Every other person in that store needs to learn how to PROPERLY treat future and current customers. I almost left in tears but I certainly did not leave without a heavy heart and bruised self esteem. I don't write reviews usually. I am all for having a location have a by mouth reputation. I don't even think that I would have given this place any stars if it weren't for Angel. He's kind. He's patient. He's what you WANT in a sales rep... The others though... Would do really well to watch their mouths and have some compassion for those who might not understand technology so easily. Tl;Dr - The managememt is a joke.
