When the new phone arrived I returned the originally ordered phone to the store. Unfortunately they lost the phone and I am now responsible for paying for a phone I returned to the store worth over $800. I called the store, the store manager, and the person who helped me all with no resolution. Please be careful if you go here do not turn in any devices here. Send phones back yourself and or have any phones delivered to your house not the store. The person who helped up remembered me returning the phone and said he placed it in the store safe to return it. The store manager will not help. I suggested he watch the store cameras and he should speak to the person working at the store who helped me and remembers the transaction. The manager's response was I should have asked for a receipt when I turned in the phone. I did not realize I needed to do that. Do not trust them. Someone made over $800 from me.

The shopping process is incredible as well. They have a small store front with a good and diverse selection of mattresses, but not an overwhelming amount that are priced incredibly high like the big box stores. Christa was very knowledgeable about the selection. She made to go over the payment plan thoroughly, so I could get the cash price of the mattress. She also gave me tips to make sure that I was able to keep the 10 year warranty. They provide a truly personal shopping experience because you will be the only one in the store! Best part is the mattresses are over 50% cheaper than they would at a big box store! I am obsessed with my new mattress, and so glad I went to them.
